At first the outside view of the building got me worried Old building with small front door and sincerely looks a little suspicious But as soon as we got to the room we were shocked it was amazing totally fascinating Bug and so warm We stayed during new year and outside was freezing cold but inside the room we could literally sleep with no clothes The room felt like a suit And the lication is perfect just above the metro and so close to everything in a lively street It was easy to get everywhere Totally recommended

Fantastic hotel with an exceptional view. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception, as well as the cleaning lady were really kind, patient and helpful. The room and the bathroom was spacious and very clean, also a lot of storage space. Overall I can’t fault it at all. Next time I come to Budapest I will stay here again, highly highly recommend! Thank you

Location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, next to the metro station. Clean room, my window had a view on the square. Breakfast was really great. Overall very satisfied!

No dental kit in the bathroom. I asked to check-in 30 min earlier and they asked €15 for it. Nonsense!

The room was big and clean but wasn’t a kettle to make some tea or coffee .

The breakfast was cold and the company must buy a coffee machine because tha coffee they serve was cold and many of us who were in the same hotel were looking for coffee machine . I suggest to company to provide a Coffe machine

Very good central location, on a walking distance to tourist sights and airport shuttle bus stops. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The personnel was polite and helpful.

Some rooms have a view to the noisy boulevard but at this location it could be expected. It is not a big problem for a stay in the winter when windows are closed.

We did had late arrival after midnight, as the reception is opened 24/7 it was very smooth to check in. We really appreciate it. In 5 minutes you are in the famously trending NY coffee. The location is good. Check in, housekeeping and the room is up to the standard.Breakfast is very delicious. We will come next time as well.

Good location, relatively cheap, friendly staff

The sink in the bathroom was clogged a bit . And i couldn’t make the tv work. The batteries in the remote were empty, and i couldn’t change the source without it so all i get was a black screen. I wasn’t bothered by the lack of tv by the way, just noticed it.

Location is in the central accessible to all bus,metro and shops.The room is huge and worth the price.Highly recommended.Although they are doing some refurbishment painting during the day but it doesn’t affect our stay in the hotel.
