Great Location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was nice and the room was big enough for 2 persons. We had a mini bar as well. The bathroom was also quite spacious.

Every time we have to ring the reception to open the gates. Its better if they have explained how the gates operate in the reception when we check in (but its mentioned in the booking confirmation, yet everybody don't read). But they always responds fast as there is someone in the reception and we never had to wait outside for hours. So its not a negative.

Nothing everything was over my excepectition and as i regular user for booking during my traveling, i see reviews at any hotel i am planning to stay ,, I don't know why Espirt hotel is under rated,, i stayed at intercontinental hotel ,, it didn't provid me half service that i got at esprit hotel even the prices is 3 time more ,, !!!

The location is perfect, situated very close to the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist with a smile and a professional attitude. Whether it was room service or assistance at the front desk, everything was handled promptly and efficiently. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The buffet was extensive, offering a wide variety of options. From fresh pastries and fruits to hot dishes and local specialties, everything was fresh and delicious. The dining area was spacious, clean, and well-organized, making the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The overall ambiance of the hotel is welcoming and well-designed, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. This was our second stay at Esprit Hotel in Budapest, and once again, we were very satisfied with our experience as a family of four (two adults and two children). Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore Budapest’s attractions. Public transportation is easily accessible, and many popular sites are within walking distance, which was a big plus for us. Rooms: Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited to our family’s needs. It provided enough room for all of us to relax after a day of sightseeing. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The decor was simple but everything was in good condition. Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The check-in was wery easy and fast because of the 7/24 reception. Parking: On our first stay, we parked in the hotel’s courtyard, which was very convenient. During our recent visit, the hotel provided us with a parking card for nearby garage, about 200 meters from the hotel. Both parking options were convenient Amenities: The hotel’s amenities are basic but sufficient. While the hotel does not offer an extensive range of facilities, what they do provide is well-maintained and convenient for a comfortable stay. Value for Money: Esprit Hotel offers excellent value for money. The combination of its central location, comfortable rooms, and helpful service makes it a great choice at a reasonable price. Overall, our experience at Esprit Hotel was once again very positive. We would highly recommend it to visiting Budapest. It’s a great base for exploring the city, with a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable.

The location is quite good next to a metro stop and other International hotel brands but half the price. The television had many channels and the room seemed recently updated. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a quite strange communist Soviet style complex but that's what used to be here and so it's kind of dark and gray on the outside anyway. You should not expect natural light in your windows and I didn't really eat the breakfast. One night I could hear a woman crying in the room next door but that's not their problem but hers.

A very spacious room in the heart of Budapest, very clean and comfortable. It is near the Blaha Metro Station from where you can take metros to all attractions. The bus to the centre is just few metres away from the hotel, and there are only 2 or 3 stops. You can also visit many places on foot from the hotel. The hotel reception is 24 hours and it is in a safe place. The receptionist Benjamin was very helpful , and so kind. Visiting Budapest again, I will book Esprit again.

The breakfast could be a bit better, but over all , nothing to complain about.

The property was a tad "hidden", first we walked by it, because it is deeper in a courtyard, but once found everything was fine. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. It is a small room, but for the price is a fair value. There was an extra heater in the room, which I really appreciated, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and also very clean.

The room had no carpets at all, which was surprising, and not very pleasant in January, but a small inconvenience.

It was a lovely stay. I only get hotel rooms to spend the nights while traveling (all day is spent visiting stuff), but when I go back to rest I wanna have a good rest in a clean quiet room, and I got just that with this stay. The room is a good size and it has a lot of furniture to store your things plus a lock box. There’s also a lot of ports where to plug your devices and a mini bar to store things. There’s also a flatscreen but I didn’t try it out. The bathroom was clean and pretty accesible. One thing I liked is that the water pressure was good and the warm/hot water came out immediately when showering, I didn’t have to wait even one minute. There’s a port to plug the hair dryier right besides the mirror which is great. You can get a hair dryier by asking for it in the front desk! The heat in the room worked very well and I didn’t have any cold in any moment, same in the bathroom. Clean room overall and comfy enough beds. The staff at reception were all lovely when I asked them things. Also you have a lot of places near, and for the others there’s the bus stops in the same street. We visited all iconic tourist sights without having to search much for a bus or walking a lot. Overall a good experiencie and if I come back to Budapest I know for sure where to book.

Good value for money. Very good location, M2 (red line, the best in my opinion) just round the corner , one stop from the heart of Budapest Derek Ferenk Ter. It's a pity there's no natural light in the rooms (they're interior) BUT the room is equipped with enough lighting. Cleanliness EXCELLENT, shower very well. Small fridge, fan , cable TV (RAI , RTL ,TVE, ZDF, SAT1), bed is comfortable. All in all it exceeded my exepctations. Don't worry about the hallway to the entire building where the hotel is. I'ts just the way buildings in Budapest were built in the XIX century. A big plus LIDL across the road and ALDI just 2 minutes walk on the same street and same sidewalk
