Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Half board offered excellent breakfast and good variety at dinner. The chefs deserve a special star.

The only negative thing was that the automated blinds weren’t working as the motor was broken and we had to wait two days for it to get repaired.

The location is not the best as it is far from the centre of Eger and the hotel is sorrounded by old and tired looking blocks of flats. Big contrast. Dinner was ok but we expected a bit more choice and better quality for the price.

Not a very big hotel and more of a health centre reception than a formal hotel style reception but the staff are very friendly and relaxed, helpful staff who can't do enough for you. The quality of everything from bed linen and furniture to the gym and wellbeing facilities is excellent - very tastefully decorated and laid out. The food is excellent quality for a buffet style half board menu. Not a wide choice of items but the items available were really great quality produce and cooked/baked well. We would much rather have a small choice of quality food than a large choice of cheap food. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again.

Location seems a little odd when you first arrive - it is located near an electric plant and car learner driver centre. However, when you get inside the hotel, none of that matters as it is beautiful. And the location of the wellbeing centre and gym - all overlook the picturesque side of the hotel - with great views of the Eger mountains. So your first impression is very easily changed once to settle inside and make use of your beautiful room and the facilities.

Kind and friendly staff, and nice cozy place. Fantastic gym facilities. The food is really well made.

The buffet could be a little more inspiring in the selection, especially bread in the morning.

The spa is really great, for facilities and for size too. The whole design is perfect, the room is comfy and the bed is really great.

The food could be better, with more options and the bistro staff is terrrible.

small selection of diner menu for halboard, we ask 3x to change the broken light bulb on toalet and no respond from the staff, late cleaning of the room , noise from early morning neighbouring plot is driving school,

Really great wellness and gym facilities. The food was also great, mostly healthy choices. A plus point was the sauna session in the spa.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

Chicly furnished and incredibly spacious hotel rooms. The spa area was very nice too, especially the outdoor pool and the mini pool with ice water.

We liked everything except the 7am wake up of the motorcycles in the back. It was the motor vehicle testing site. Way too loud!!!!
