Overall I think this hotel is perfect for a family holiday. Clean great location, rooms are perfect, the bed was very comfy too, great pools well true that some parts need some renovation but overall it was great wellness weekend! Lots of kids activities over the weekend even at the dinner, kids pool inside and outside. The food if fabulous very happy with our choice for a long weekend. Ps you can park your car on the hill for free for 2plus minutes walk so don’t get fooled of other silly comments that you must pay u actually don’t.

This was great. Love having thermal bath access, especially in the snow. The food was nice, wait staff friendly, great selection . Common areas are updated and well maintained. A very relaxing stay. Definitely worth getting half board it would be a hassle to go elsewhere for dinner.

I camee by public bus, which is once an hour along the highway from Eger. You are dropped off on the main road. It is a long steep walk uphill with your luggage. You are not allowed to cut through the spa, which would save about 15 minutes uphill walk on the busy road with all your things. I asked but was refused. There is a trail shortcut, but it would be impossible with cases and is muddy or snow-covered.

The hotel very nice and the food was excellent.

Without our knowledge, they was doing maintenance work in the room, and when we returned to the room from the pool the door was opened, and three maintenance guy was working in the room. They should let us know before.

We really enjoyed our stay. We paid for room with better view - definitely recommend! Thermal pools were included in price, however we needed to paid extra for sauna world (3000 ft/day/person). You can enter thermal pools during your stay from check-in (15:00) until checkout (11:00). (We would appreciate if the last day you could use the thermal longer!) Beds are comfortable and dinner was really tasty!

Room, pool & spa, sauna, food.

No access to hotel checking in for public transport customers. Only with cars. No info where is reception. Here reception was at BACK of hotel at 7th floor. Only one way to reception is- no porters, no lifts of course. By stairs up- allocated at left side building till 5th floor, then need go into car park, then with lift till 7th floor. With car it was easy. We come with public transport. Team can't give info /do not know what going on in pool & sauna. Only customers explained about all. .

This was now the fourth or fifth time I have stayed at this hotel. I have travelled all over the place and, I have to say, I think this is my favorite hotel ever. Easy to get to by car. No-fuss check-in. Hotel and rooms in great condition. Great views. The thermal water pools are excellent (didn't get to the saunas this time!), some of the best I've ever been in (I live in Romania, on the border with Hungary, so thermal water is omnipresent). The included dinner and breakfast are served as a big buffet with all kinds of Hungarian staples. I've never been disappointed with the food. Tons of places nearby to visit (although you probably won't leave the hotel!)..and, to top it all off...a huge salt mound where the thermal waters come out of the hillside. It's more of a splurge destination for relaxation but considering all you get, it's well worth the money. Will definitely come again.

Nitpicking, but they could push the check-out time to 12:00, and the check-in to 14:00, instead of 11:00 and 15:00 respectively. There is no flexibility on this. We requested an "early" check-in at 14:00 but were denied. None of the locations to buy drinks were open at 10:00 (there is no "free" water to drink) and that thermal water makes you thirsty!

The spa was nice. Also the dinner and breakfast was good. Big plus was the playroom for kids. Also the free cot for our 2 years old was nice.

Super weird that if you wanna go out and have a walk to the salt hill yoi have to walk on the road where everyone is arriving to the hotel and partly also used for parking. No side walk! Than have to make a huge detour becouse the road is on the other side of the hotel than the hill. Of course you can go wach it while you are inside the spa area. (It has nice pools and sunbathing area next to it) But its not always good enough weather to walk in spa clothes. Also if sandals are mendatory at the spa they could offer them in the room. Like other 4 star hotels do as well. It was also strange that the toilet has glass door.

Wonderful nature in surroundings. Comfortable and spacious rooms (Superior). Great view from the terrace (4th floor). Good food for dinner. Excellent cocktails in Lobby Bar. Very nice and polite staff.

Blunt food for breakfast. Bad taste of coffee, everywhere. Usually not properly cleaned tables in restaurant and lobby bar. Whirpools are not working completely (need to be fixed). Dirty water in Spa over weekends. Stinky toilets at pools. Pool Bars were not working.
