The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Reeta went above and beyond to cater to us in the restaurant and bar, informing us of club access. Disha was very kind offering us help daily. The staff who came to add an extra mattress topper to our bed and a room heater. The 3 guys that came to unlock our safe. And the manager and fellow staff who helped with modifying the dates of our stay and approving a refund for the remaining days. Thank you all so much. You made our stay that much more comfortable and enabled us to see more of India. The masala tea was amazing. I loved the smell of the foyer. So fresh. Excellent sized room. So close to the mall, too!

We didn't like the hardness of the mattress - there was no spring. We didn't like the constant air con in the bedroom or the fact we couldn't choose to warm the room, only cold or off. But with off, they was a musty or damp smell in the room which was a shame because the foyer downstairs always smelt so beautiful, fresh and clean. I also didn't like you couldn't turn off individual lights. It was all or nothing.

Our room was booked for 3 adults and it was way too small on arrival, the hotel took there time but did work with us and managed to give us the connecting room next door, which made our stay very comfortable. The pool area is very nice but service is Very slow, we also had a massage at the hotel which was lovely. Breakfast is amazing and you can eat enough not to have lunch. Buffet dinner is nice but if you are eating every evening, it could be expensive as it is around £17 per person. Location is Amazing with a fantastic mall right across the way with great shops. Hotel also offer morning and evening 12 seater shuttle to Golden Temple and bring you back after 2hrs, or you can stay on and get a rickshaw back. This is Defentily going to be my 'GO TO' hotel when next in Amritsar and I would Not go Anywhere else.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at Hyatt Regency Amritsar. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, the service and hospitality provided by your team were exceptional. I would like to particularly commend the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and dedication. My room was always impeccably cleaned and maintained, which greatly contributed to my comfort throughout my stay. It was evident that they took great pride in their work, ensuring that everything was spotless and organized. A heartfelt thank you to Mr Vikrant Maini from the Housekeeping department for always ensuring I had a memorable stay at the hotel. His attention for details and doing the needful for my smooth vacation made me fell very much at home. Vikrant had also arranged my logistics and ensured that I was hassle free, is definitely a notable effort for a top notch hospitality experience from Hyatt Regency Amritsar. Vikrant, your attention to detail, care, and professionalism made my experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to his team, Karan & Shahnawaz. Thank you for your hard work and dedication—it did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciated coming back to such a clean and well-maintained space each day. Additionally, the Food & Beverage team deserves special recognition for their outstanding service and delicious meals. Every breakfast I had was not only a delight for the taste buds but also presented with care and professionalism. The team’s friendly and attentive service made by breakfast dining an absolute pleasure. Thank you, Rajender for all the check ins and the good service. I must also mention Rajat, the reception employee ( guest front desk ) that greeted me and ensured all my check in / formalities / luggage’s, Gudwara transfers was taken care off for my entire 5 days stay.

We had a wonderful holiday and a great stay at Hyatt Amritsar. Our stay was from the 19th of October till the 31st of October.....in between we went to Shimla. A big shout out to front desk Mr Rajat for his excellent hospitality in accommodating our every needs. Not forgetting his team members who helped make our stay even more comfortable- Ms Disha, Mr Sagardeep, Harpreet , Lakshay and Vishal. Well done! To the pleasant young man with a warm smile , Mr Anspreet who held the door open for us every time we entered and exited the hotel, - thank you! To the welcoming team outside the door who welcomed us each time, ensuring our safety, thank you! To the house keeping team, thank you for a clean and comfortable room every day of our stay! The room was comfortable. All the staff was extremely polite. Food (although the menu was a little limited for a three-day stay) was great. Special mention for Ms. Fiza of the restaurant for her exceptional friendly attitude and prompt and professional behaviour. Also Mr. Harsimranjeet who was available all the time to assist for any requirement.

The food menu at the Punjab Province restaurant can have a little more variety. Also -- there is no dedicated coffee shop. The small one at the entrance is out of stock most of the time. It would be nice to have a coffee shop to just sit and relax.

Our first experience in this property. Facilities in the rooms were excellent especially the showers were great after a long journey. We have staff from the hotel, Mr Manoj Negi, to attend to us and he was very helpful and swift in responding to our queries. The hotel is located next to a big shopping mall, just a stone's throw away. Overall is a thumbs up for our stay.

There weren't choices for early breakfast outside the hotel because most shops open after 10am. However, we took a rickshaw ride 10mins,150 rupees to golden temple area where there were more choices.

The staff were very accommodating! They helped us exchange currency when they did not have enough to, Arsheen helped us out. He also helped us sign up to the world of Hyatt membership and made sure we were comfortable and had transportation sorted out for us. Arsheen really made sure our overall stay was a positive experience.

The showers have mould and mirrors aren't cleaned but everything else was clean and the room service for food and cleaning was excellent.

The staff at Hyatt went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. We reached the hotel at 1am with our little toddler and the staff on duty made sure we were checked-in promptly. We also made requests for an early checkin and room on the same floor for our family, which they gladly accepted. Special mention to Mr Dinesh Singh (Asst Manager, Housekeeping) who made our stay was memorable with his personalised support. We had travelled via our own vehicle to Amritsar and wanted to get the car cleaned. The Valet staff or front desk, did not offer any paid service to get the vehicle cleaned, But once i requested Mr. Dinesh, he was prompt to get a complementary vehicle cleaning done under his supervision. Really appreciate.

The king size rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but the walk-in wardrobes and concealed bathroom made it comfortable. We were at 19th floor, and the lobby area/carpets could've been cleaner there. We ordered in-room dining for the kid, which although the staff informed took pretty long for a glass of milk.

Visiting India after 18 years, I was a little nervous however Hyatt Regency ensured my stay was comfortable and smooth! The reception and concierge staff were honestly top tier. I’d like to give a special thanks to Harpreet in the reception team for going above and beyond, making sure all my needs and requirements were fulfilled. A special thanks to Rohit for being ever so helpful. The in room dining team for making food that wasn’t even on the menu - felt ever so spoilt! Lastly, the spa team were fantastic, I felt like a real princess. Hyatt Regency offer undisputed hospitality and welfare for all their customers! I would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit and stay here again!

Staff were very polite and friendly. Its my first trip to Amritsar and purpose was to pay a visit to Harmandar Sahib. Special thanks fo all staff of front desk, and the dining staff especially Pankaj who put in so much effort to ensure we got breakfast early before our check out in the morning. Also very thankful to Gaurav from travel desk eho promptly arranged driver and guide for us. Jatinder and Rajwinder were very family like. Truly enjoyed our stay there.

It took more than an hour to get our room upon check in. As it is our flight arrived late and that itself caused some plans to be interrupted. Hopefully guests need not wait too long in future. Nevertheless front desk were very polite. Also i hope there can be different type of pillows from soft to medium.
