The food was delicious, the restaurant staff were very helpful, room service staff went beyond their duty very helpful.All spoke English to a very high standard. The staff made this hotel a very amazing experience for me and my family.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional! To begin with, the location is fantastic: it’s away from the hustle and bustle of crowded streets but conveniently close to the airport. The ambience is among the finest I’ve experienced—easily in my top three. And trust me, I’ve traveled extensively. The interiors are stunning, and we enjoyed a peaceful walk through their beautifully maintained green garden after breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. As for the food, dinner was delightful. If you enjoy desserts, don’t miss the Moong Dal Halwa—it’s absolutely delicious! The room was spacious, though it could have been a bit cleaner (not a major issue). Its unique design stood out, particularly the closed closet area and the cozy sitting spot by the window, which offers a lovely view of the garden. Another highlight is their 24/7 room service, which adds great convenience to the stay. I could go on and on about how incredibly relaxing my stay was, but words won't do it justice—go experience it for yourself!! 🤗

Charming heritage property perfectly located in a quietful area just 5 minutes away from the airport and about 30 minutes away from the wonderful Golden Temple. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but most importantly extremely quiet. Full selection of room amenities are provided in the room and on request, including large drinking water bottles. We were particularly impressed with the quality and flavours of the food provided both at breakfast and dinner/room service, our compliments to the Chefs and kitchen staff. However - most importantly - an excellent service was provided from the entire staff, starting from the security at the entrance, bell boy, housekeeping and F&B service. Even the room service team on the phone were extremely professional and knowledgeable, particularly Mr. Dilpreet who delivered the order in person was exceptional while introducing the food with a genuine care and enthusiasm. A special recognition and thanks to the exceptional Mr. Jagroop who assisted us with our belongings with great care and professionalism and Mrs. Manjit of Security who always welcomed us with the greatest smile ever. Our stay at this property was absolutely delightful. The grandeur of the place, coupled with the beautiful surroundings and well-maintained gardens, made for a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast spread was exceptional, offering an incredible variety of delicious options. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive to details. They also provide a shuttle to the Golden Temple. A special thank you to Aalokji for arranging a birthday dessert, making the occasion even more special, and to Anju for keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Amritsar.

The property is well maintained and big. Food is the best part of the property and I quote, even delicious is a small word to describe the variety and taste of food. The trip was memorable because of only one person Ranjeet at cafeteria who is super duper energetic, expert in his arena and has got all the nerves to handle a client. Thank you buddy. I would say facilities would have disappointed me if this guy was not around. You are awesome. You truly deserve the best.

Pool facilities need serious attention. Absence of common stuff like swimming cap, swimming goggles puts a breaker on your stay as you have to either arrange them by yourself or go to the main city which is 12-13 kms away. Apparently, you cant even buy from the hotel as they dont keep stock. Even after requesting like a many times the manager Prem could only arrange for goggles and not cap. Now a guy like me who is super cautious for hair health would never dive in chlorine without a cap leading to pass time sitting at the pool corner. Secondly, it seems the hotel has discarded the Badminton area with broken net and wild grass on the ground ready to tickle and hurt your feet. Not expected from a 5 star property.

Breakfast options were good. Rooms are well built and silent. Place is built quite well away from city, but that can be a little negative as well, provided the drive way towards the Hotel from Aorport road is improved in near future. Facilities were exceptional and staff is polite.

The location (though its just around 2 KMs from Airport) is not that good on the way to Hotel. The Ownership needs to make efforts in improving the route from Airport till the Hotel. There are no street lights on the road, it makes you feel you are going far away from the city towards a village. Also, the Left turn from the Main Road towards the Hotel is very congested. Not specific to this hotel, but there should be fun activity or Play Zone for small kids as a part of a criteria for 5 star Hotels.

This is a palace converted into a hotel and has a lot of character. The rooms are very well appointed, the whole hotel is very clean, staff very courteous and have good restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was expansive and very tasty. We did not get the opportunity to test or use hotel’s facilities such as the games room but they looked really nice.

The location of the elevator to get to third level. You have to go through the whole hotel to get to the elevator. One of the guys, I believe his name was Ravinder, who took our dinner order in the bar was a liar and very unprofessional. I can give the whole story if the hotel manager calls me.

Very beautiful and safe place with an atmospheric historical vibe. Delicious breakfast and the best Lassi!

The booking was done for 2 adults and 2 kids, however the room initially had only one big bed. As it was impossible for 4 people to fit in one bed, they provided an extra bed, but at the check-out they wanted to charge us 10.000 extra rupees per night. At the end they didn't charge it, but I had to fight for it.

A very nice upmarket hotel near the Amritsar airport to visit the Golden Temple and City Centre of Amritsar. The location requires an Uber taxi to visit the Amritsar highlights. Room was according to expections of a 5-star hotel which is also valid for the F&B area, restaurant and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful in organising airport transfer. If one wishes not to stay in the very crowded and vibrant city centre the Welcome Hotel by ITC is an idea alternative for solvent travellers.

- as a 5* property, I am surprised that daily amenities were not stock up e.g tooth brush - as a 5* property out of 10 staff only 4 that greet you, what a shame - as a smoker myself I find it is a total discrimination that the hotel only provide 1 common area to smoke which is at the hotel lobby. The distance from my room to the smoking area was a little far - as a Bonvoy member I am surprised that I cannot accrue my expenditure to my membership card
