The overall stay was okay but the food was pretty good, i would give 5star for it. Staff was friendly and humble. Bed and pillow was comfy. I will surely return to Sabari Grand my nxt holiday.

Only thing is 1) toilet cleanliness need to improve. 2) I notice mold in the exhaust air duct. BUT so far my family is fine and well. No health concerns or issues while staying there. Suspect maybe mold growth is due to incoming govr water supply which is slightly salty. Pls do regular intervals inspection for molds and fungus. Sabari Grand is still my choice of stay and will come bck in my nxt vacation.

Great Location, There are many shopping malls nearby. Breakfast is a fantastic, variety option. We enjoyed the breakfast. the bed was comfortable.

When we checked in, the soap dispenser was empty, and hand soap was not available in the bathroom. I asked the housekeeper supervisor to fill the dispenser; she filled it up with only body soap but no hand soap. There was full-up dust on the top of the dispenser. Housekeepers are not doing their job properly. I booked an Uber taxi to go to the airport. The Uber driver put my suitcase in the car and at the same time the doorman came and he also tried to lift it up my other suitcase but I did it myself. On the way out the doorman asked Rs100 which I didn't like it. This is a bad habit to ask for Rs.100 from each customer when they check out. The management has to stop this kind of behaviour of their staff. I don't think so the doorman is working for free.

Quality Inn Sabari oozes family friendliness from the staff. They were so good to our toddler and infant, spending many minutes with them during breakfast ensuring the parents can have a stress free meal.

The swimming pool and gym area was undergoing mass renovation. Although accessible , it wasn't a sight to behold as advertised in the pictures. Regardless staff were kind enough to let us the facilities , as they kept them operational.

Hotel breakfast was superb. Excellent location to T.Nagar and Pondy Bazaar shopping.

This is my third time stay in Sabari Inn. We stayed for 4 days and wifi connection was good for 3 days only. The fourth day the wifi connection was disconnected. We have to call the reception to get wifi connection many times and the connection was poor on the 4th day. It was inconvenient for us.

Strategic location in Chennai , easy to move around from the hotel. The recent very heavy rain from Cyclone Fengal did not disrupt power and water supply in the hotel. Staffs were very friendly and reliable.

Stayed in Room 304 and the TV need to be fixed so as to be able to switch off remotely, repair not complied though complained.

They upgraded us to suite as we had infant and trust me that the best..the reception people are really humble and sweet..the female understands very little english but you can say she tries really hard to understand what guests are saying..the room was spacious with king bed..super comfortable room with attached hall..food ordered in room was super delicious.. humble staff.

Only let down was breakfast..the entire buffet breakfast was without salt..infact the live counter of omlette inspite of telling he never added salt to omlette..the muffins and slice cake were of ragi or wheat and that too non sweet and the slice bread was really very sweet... please look into the breakfast..if this is sorted then this is the best hotel too stay..any which ways we will definitely come back to ur hotel..

Somebody had smoked in the room alloted to us so the staff showing us the room quickly talked with the reception and got us an upgrade. We stayed 2 nights. The breakfast buffet was really good both days. Good enough spread for me who prefers continental and my partner south indian. The roof top restaurant has nice views of the city and a beautiful place to hang out in the evening. Location is central for all the touristy things Mylapore, the churches, shopping. and not far from airport. They also had complementary foot massage for one. My partner tried that and decided to take the whole package. It was very relaxing at the end of our trip.

Value for money hotel with activities such as pool service, laundry, room service and roof top bar. Personnel welcoming and assist all guests with good care. Area around is safe but a little distance from T Nagar Central, but Pondy Bazaar (lively place) is within walking distance of 7 - 10 mins walk and also ATM close nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to assist with everything. Housekeeping was very reactive when we needed anything. The staff at reception were very helpful with any request we needed. And the restaurant staff, there are no words to describe how warm and friendly they were. Our stay was so comfortable and it felt like home.

There was not much not to like

The customer service during my stay was incredible. I arrived extremely unwell and for my two days here the staff did everything they could to help me. I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after me.

The electricity went out multiple times but only for short periods of time
