The room was impeccably clean, which made my stay extremely comfortable.A special mention for Mr Ramlall for this exceptional service; and ensured everything was spotless and attended to any requests promptly. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Every morning was a delightful start to the day thanks to the quality and freshness of the food. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly sympathique and welcoming. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hyatt, we couldn't help but notice that the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Despite the overall comfort and ambiance of the accommodation, there were a few areas that appeared to have been overlooked during the cleaning process. However all Housekeeping team was amazing and well mannered!Moreover, I cannot praise the front desk staff enough for their unwavering helpfulness and efficiency. The concierge team, led by Jalaludeen and Vijay, consistently went above and beyond to cater to our needs, despite my regrettable lapse in remembering all their names.

The Cleanliness of the room

I loved the service and the staff's behavior upon my arrival after a long flight. My check-in was smooth and quick! The room was spacious with all the amenities one would need for a business as well as family vacation. I was able to comfortably take a couple business calls in peace and quiet within the confines of my room. Due to where the hotel is situated, it is well connected to many important locations like the US Consulate and the VFS Office. The metro station AG-DMS is also barely 100m away. The food is quite good, especially from Stix. Overall, I am satisfied and would stay here again, given the need to be in this part of town again.

Despite well cooked food, the breakfast was just okay. The spread was limited.

Its convenient location near Apollo Hospitals and Pondy Bazar provided us with easy access to essential amenities, albeit at a distance from Phoenix Mall. In summary, our time at the Hyatt was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the exemplary service of its dedicated staff members and the inviting ambiance of the hotel.

Cleanliness of the Room

The food and restaurants were fantastic! I would personally give five stars to the food! the location is certainly ideal. The atmoshphere, the welcoming from the staff were excellent! The spa was terrific!

Couple of things to mention here; x Firstly, we were a family of 4, with two young boys and booked a quadrable room. The room had only one large bed for four people. We had to ask for a extra single bed (which does not have the same level of comfort) and my younger son 12yrs old had to sleep on the single long sofa. I would have preferred two large beds for 4 people! secondly, the pool looked great, however it was pretty much occupied by the teachers and students during the ideal time to swim outside (morning before the hot sun or in the late afternoon).

Check in/check out smooth. Spa, gym, pool very good. Regency lounge superb. Buffett breakfast variety really great! One of the fastest response time from placing order for food/drinks to having it on table! Kudos to F&B managers/guest relations Chitranjan, Ashok, Neha and stewards Ignatius and Vimal.

At check in requested courtesy of complimentary fruit platter as a regular member and I was assured it would be brought to room but never was in spite of a reminder later in the day. Only next day when I brought it to the notice of Duty Manager Sawin who apologized and said it would be there by the time I reached my room.....was not kidding! Right behind me was Horendra from room service with the platter! This is Hyatt! I mention this as a matter of principle....that words must be followed up by deeds, especially in the hospitality field. I do not want to mention names when it's negative....

Everything went well. Room was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and the staff was ready to help with any special request. We got discount for our dinner for the first night of stay. The buffet was very very good. The spread was amazing and it fulfilling! Breakfast spread was good and had minor changes everyday to keep it interesting. They were serving hot badam milk, which was our family's favourite. Staff during the breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Avhi, Mikund and Karthik for going an extra mile. We also ordered dinner to the room and it was very delicious and staff was helpful. We also ordered cakes and cookies from the lobby cafe, it was delicious. Our family and friends enjoyed the cake and cookies. Overall, it was a great experience and we would like to stay at Hyatt next time!

The lines were busy if you are calling the guest service sometimes. With number of guests staying it is inevitable. Not a major concern, but could be improved a bit!

The ac in the lobby was way too much n even the Europeans were wearing winter jackets 😳 Girls at the reception were not helpful at all. I wanted to know where the veterinary hospital was n she said she did not know. That was it. No trying to find out. Disappointing '!

We really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency. The staff were all, without exception, welcoming, friendly, attentive and efficient. The room was large, spacious and had all you needed. The bed was big and so comfortable, the bath and shower great. Lovely view over the pool and the city. Breakfast was superb - they had everything. Incredible choice and quality. Stylish lobby. Christmas tree, decorations and music all lovely. Hotel car to airport was a good service. Also good value for money.

Our only disappointment was that the pool area was in shade from midday onwards really and we wanted to sunbathe!

Like the location and ambience of the property. Also like the service extended by the Staff from front desk to restaurant. I would like to mention specifically for Mr. Ravi, the restaurant manager along with service guys in Restaurant Spice Hat like Rajesh, Biplab, Arindam and Mukund for their services with utmost care.

Buffet spread should hv been more extensive. Particularly continental dish presence was almost nill.
