location is good and everything is approachacle bcs its in market. staff is good n cooperative .cheap n best at this price as we got 2 beds in 2100 tht is pretty much good and its location is near to Visa application centre chennai so applicants must stat here its walking distance from biometric centre

It would be nice if the hotel has an option to opt for lunch and dinner as well. It doesn't have to have a menu. Just like how you have one item for breakfast, have one item for lunch and dinner and give the guests an option to order one day in advance so that there won't be any wastage of food either. The guests can pay for the meals during checkout or as and when the food is received. Just a suggestion.

Excellent location, attentive room service, clean and comfortable room, and quick check-out. It was a fantastic stay. Located slightly outside of the city centre, it provides quiet surroundings for a good night's rest. I really like the contemporary design of the room.

Property located at hot place of tnagar and easy to access stores for shopping. Wide parking space with parking assistance, the ambience of room was good and pleasant fragrance. The room service readily available at 24x7. I felt safe at this property and value for money.

Breakfast was good. Staff were excellent.

First it is not a hotel, it is a service apartment. Secondly other than breakfast nothing available in the apartment. For all other meals you have to make your own arrangements. Hardly any decent hotel in walkable distance. Thirdly very difficult to arrange for taxis, whether it is rental or for local rides. Most times the taxis cancel the ride. The service apartment has no tie ups with any car rentals to assist. Finally no hot water facility in the room.
