I was quite impressed with my overall experience with this property. The rooms were just like the pics shown on the website. In fact the rooms were quite spacious, clean and well maintained. The ambiance was good. Location is great. Easily accessible to the metro, bus station, MG Road, etc. Fresh linens and towels were provided. Reception, room service, bar were all prompt in their service. Food was good, especially the fish fry. Breakfast was alright tho. Rooftop Bar was nice place to chill. Definitely recommend

More continental dishes needs to be added to the menu. Rooftop garden needs a makeover. No Gym , No Swimming Pool

I liked the staff members in this hotel specially Ms Lekha the front desk manager. She’s one of the type any employer would love to have in his leading staff list. I observed the staff attentive, helpful and together they work as a team; for the guest it’s a welcoming experience making them feel better taken care. I give full credit to the service standards.

Overall experience was very good... All basic amenities were in place... Hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help. Rooms were spacious enough with good house keeping facility. Best budget friendly decent hotel.

Wifi speed could be better... Room passage lights can be better and bright. Currently looks dull with minimal lighting.

One of the best hotel In Kochi with good ambience. Staffs are professional and welcoming. Location is very easy to access from Cochin international airport, Ernakulam South Railway station, and very close to kochi metro and bus station. And there is a central square Mall at walkable distance for shopping. Value for money hotel.

I made my room reservation through booking.com, hotel span really good hotel and transportion facilities very easy to get from out side. Hotel cleanliness was good and hotel reception. Staff are very helpful and courteous, good behaviour the staff

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend, especially since the metro station is very nearby. Also always available Taxi services and desk man support is awesome to guide. Finally, we enjoyed a super breakfast and they served as much as we want without any limit.
