Very large rooms and good location.

The kitchen could have been equipped with basic plates, spoons, and some utensils for making it more home like. The restaurant staff were a little strange with coming up to the room to count glasses and take them back (they didn’t seem to be in sync with the management staff of the hotel). The management can look into finer details like these to make the stay more hospitable for guests.

Room size, the facilities in the room are more than adequate. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Cleanliness in the room is commendable as well. All necessary bath products were also provided.

Service at reception was lacking. Left much to be desired. No helpful information like wifi details, restaurant timings, or how to order was provided. The wifi was spotty at best and unavailable most of the time.

The property has everything , very well maintained the suite is huge with all basic amenities and even a fridge and a great seating space . All bath amenities were provided . Comfortable beds and views were amazing . Swimming pool very well maintained and very polite staff . We had dinner at in house restaurant kochi house which was very delicious . Just take a Uber from property to get to main places very convenient and calm and perfect propert for your short or long stays . Definitely be our first choice on our next stay in Kochi .

Spacious 2 BHK apartment with Front Loading washing machine, Fridge, Microwave, Induction Heater and Kettle. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom. Bay view and large balcony - made it great.

As per travel review sites, Cochin has only 3 vegetarian restaurants - and all of them are 12 to 15 km away from KentBaywatch. If you are a vegetarian, eat your breakfast and lunch outside and buy dinner on the way back to KBW. This is not KBW's fault - that is how Kerala is :)

Room was clean. A bunch of used plates found kept out of the room opposite to our room at night. While we check out also the same plates were there. No housekeeping supervisor on board I think. Only one room having good wifi .

Good ambience and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was good, Small set of choice but good.

The kitchen is understaffed for sure as orders take forever to reach us. The hotel needs to take care of the mosquito problem. It's quite easy but they need to focus. The housekeeping department is either not focused on keeping essentials in the room or they forgot due to the high check-in checkout load. Had to ask for each and everything to be provided from towels to water bottles and so on and so forth. But great property at a great location. Pls take care of it as your influx is good considering all of these small shortcomings. Kindly train your staff as a refresher for those things and everything will fall in line.

The breathtaking taking views of the lake from the balcony is the highlight. Well maintained property with swimming pool and jacuzzi. If you are looking for just a quiet place to stay this is the best option

Service was not at all up to mark. Service requests were attended either very late or after a second request. Food served in the restaurant was not what was ordered. Discussed with team but they never seemed to understand how the fish had to be in actual preparation.

Very large rooms with ample space and ventilation. You choose between balcony in living room and balcony in bedroom. You can also choose between city view and lake view (lake view is better). The in- house restaurant serves good quality food( less options though). The rooms had a washing machine, mediums sized refrigerator, microwave, induction stove and a water boiler.

Good service but very slow response, so you need to be patient.

The one bedroom suite that we booked was the perfect size for us as a couple. We had come after a long travel and had a ton of laundry. The suite had a washing machine which was an absolute boon. The suite is neatly furnished without being overcrowded. Stunning view from the balcony. The receptionist was kind enough to show us the bar which is aesthetically done up.

The cooktop took a while to figure out. I had to Google it. Maybe simple instructions left behind can help. We had asked for the TV to be sorted. It never got sorted out. Would have loved to have few more vessels like a frying pan, spatula and maybe even a toaster. A suggestion also would be to provide two bottles of water everyday instead of one. Unfortunately their in-house restaurant was not open.
