Everything except check out

Whilst checking out, waited more than 40 minutes for luggage assistance but nothing happened, lady receptionist who promised assistance was keep on ignoring my repeated call. At the end I myself managed 4 heavy luggage and gave a written complaint to the duty manager.

The customer service, the location, and food. Excellent buffet breakfast. Ala carte menu at Keshia is good, and their pancharanha paneer was so tasty Dinner buffet at Keshi was so carefully crafted masterpieces. Taste and presentation was wonderful Ms. Jophy, the host, was very hospitable and welcomed & guided me through the dinner buffet. Room, although small, the price is half that of what you would pay for a Rad Blu in Chennai or Bangalore. The rooms in Bangalore and Chennai are much larger All staff were very hospitable, courteous snd very helpful. Joyce, Manish, Jesmon, Delvin, Komal and Manoyara. Interacted with a few other staffs as well and they need a round of appreciation

The rooms were a tad bit small, but being a solo traveller, it was cosy

The cleanliness and ambience was very nice in Radison Blu. The location is also good in center of the city.

Biggest problem of Radison BLU Kochin is the staff very very sad faces around everywhere. The front desk staff while I checked in a lady was i think angry or Sad but didn’t bother to great me properly. The restaurant staff were behaving as if i have gone there to steal food. Very very sadiest staff. And when i was checking out in the morning again the front desk lady didn’t even bother to ask the room card just kept looking down and gave me the bill. Not a good customer service 😟

The building was tidy, they are renovating it. The breakfast was really good, they even had bacon. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is a nice view from the rooftop.

The property is prettier on the pictures. But it was tidy. Unfortunately we didn’t really had window on the room just a strange one. The elevators are really slow! That’s need to be improved! Our card to the room didn’t work if it even became close to a phone, and we had to go to the reception to get a new one all the time. The water pressure was not enough strong, and it took a while for the water to go down in the tap.

Excellent location. The staff are friendly and very professional. My daughter forgot her Kindle device in the room when we checked out. The housekeeping staff contacted us later in the day and coordinated for us to collect it. Thank you for your diligence!

We arrived around 10pm and the reception area looked large, badly lit and empty - although the staff at reception were friendly and efficient. As we couldn't see any other residents or women guests, we were worried that we were at the wrong hotel. The room however was excellent and the reception looked much friendlier and safer during the day.

The property itself looks nice, the quality of furniture and general furnishings is high. My room was spacious, the bathroom was well appointed, as expected from Radisson Blu. Nice pool on the rooftop, albeit a bit small.

The furniture does look dated, and probably the hotel would benefit from a renovation. There was a stale smell in the room which only intense Breakfast was not at 5* quality, the coffee was just plain bad. I had booked an airport transfer which was confirmed, but never materialized, so I booked a taxi on the spot (probably the recommended way to go, get a prepaid taxi at the airport, should take about 50 mins).

My stay was very great, I liked the spa, the swimming pool, the gym and the Hamam. The room was also very comfortable and the service was excellent. Manoyara has been especially nice and working well.

The fact that we can't bring food from outside, I find it a bit weird and it's the first hotel I see with such a rule. Sometimes you wanna eat a specific dish and eat it calmly without having to commute far till a specific restaurant, so I didn't appreciate this rule at all.

The food and the hotel rooms are very comfortable. I tried both the rooms the business class as well as the superior rooms and I preferred the superior rooms has more better rooms as in spacious rooms whereas it should be the other way around. Overall a good experience ( try to book a superior room less money and a comfortable stay ).

The room service and the lobby phones are very rarely answered and it takes a lot of time to send the things to your room. Also the windows in the hotel are of no use as you can't see nothing from them .

. BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS AWESOME AND TASTEY.

BREAKFAST AREA WAS TOO CROWDED, SOME OF THE STAFF WERE NOT POLITE AND CORDIAL. ALSO FRONT OFFICE STAFF WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL, AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT, I WAS ASKED TO WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES FOR CHECKING THE MINI BAR, EVENTHOUGH, I HAVE NOT TOUCHED THE ITEMS PLACED IN THE MINI BAR AND SAME WAS COMMUNICATED TO FRONT OFFICE. BUT AS A OFFICIAL PROCEDURE, THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT. AFTER 10 MINUTES, I INFORMED THE MANAGAR AT THE LOBBY AND HE INTERFERRED AND RELEASED ME. THE BILL COPY WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN. I TOLD THE MANAGER, THIS IS MY LAST VISIT TO RADDISON BLU KOCHI. NORMALLY I STAY EITHER IN HOLIDAY INN OR RADDISON BLU, WHENEVER WE VISIT KOCHI.

The room /breakfast/ food was good

At the time of check out the packed breakfast was not upto the standard Cut fruit was given n it was not fresh The receptionist at the check out in the morning was trying to charge us extra saying it was based on the days rate when we had done the booking on booking.com n the tariff was confirmed When we showed the confirmation she changed her statement Very unprofessional n not acceptable
