All the facilities were very good, staff was exceptional ! Breakfast buffet was classy with variety of options, as was the lunch buffet spread. Did not use the pool, so cannot comment but looked well maintained. We enjoyed the time at the pool bar though, once again excellent service They had complementary buggy ride to the Lulu Mall which was very convenient for guests staying at the hotel. Finally check in and check out was very fast and smooth even though we could notice there were quite a lot of guests. It was a festive atmosphere at the lobby with the Christmas decor. Will definitely return again !

Couldn’t find any fault

Location was good. Central and half way point to the main shopping on MG road and the aiport. Its a very busy hotel. Lots of goings on. The buffet breakfast was simply excellent. Big and a very tasty spead. The chefs always wanting your opinion of the food and wanting to get it right if it isn't up to par. We had a very pleasant stay. Thanks

Not something that I Didint like. But just a note ; the hotel is not connected to the Lullu Mall. However the hotel does provide a buggy service, to and fro.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. When the front of house team learned it was my mother's birthday, they surprised us with a cake, which was a very sweet gesture. The rooms were extremely comfortable and exceeded all our expectations. A special mention goes to Mr. Joseph from the F&B team, who did an outstanding job assisting us during breakfast.

The breakfast spread was somewhat underwhelming. Some of the dishes were too spicy, even for a native like me, and the eggs were a bit too bland and watery for my liking (this might just be a personal preference). Additionally, the hotel's alcohol limitations should have been communicated more clearly upfront. This was quite surprising, especially for a hotel like Marriott

The hotel was nice, clean and close by so many things, we were greeted by a nice receptionist (Gayatri) and made our check in and check out very smooth as we arrived and left at midnight. Would definitely book back again if they would change the points I’ll mention in the next section.

The room service was slow in general, took them almost an hour to come and change our safety box (wasn’t working) and a simple order of hot americano took around 35 minutes to arrive!! The concierge service was sad too, the guy who was working there wasn’t interested enough to give us suggestions on places to visit and to dine in. I mentioned couple of times that this is our first visit to India and would appreciate some suggestions but he kept on repeating same places saying that these are all options he can give…

I have faced some issues with the room I first received. Front Desk Manager Mr Nidhin dealt the situation very professionally after proper analyzation. And made our stay comfortable. It is very much appreciable the way he dealt with the situation. Hospitality from the staff is really admirable. A better space to spend with family. Suitable for kids & shopping. Mr Hanin was really helpful for arranging my transport on time. Thanks to all the staff who were all very friendly including the taxi person. Definitely a safe place to spend time away from home when you’re in Kochi.

Everything went well barring the following mentioned below

I had to take a buggy to Lulu on the day of my arrival. I was asked to book the same from the reception area by the door which was unmanned. I had to wait almost 10 mins for someone to actually be at the reception area. But while I was waiting, I got help from a staff who was helping out outside with the buggy service. Kudos to that guy! Also, the bed was a little on the shorter side for me. Would have loved a longer bed

The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel facilities were fabulous. The staff were amazing going above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was great. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay again should we return to Kerala.

The room service food wasn't great however we ordered western food. I think if we had ordered Indian food it would have been better.

The room was beyond expectations. Beautiful hotel with good access to the mall.

The breakfast was horrible. Worst experienced in India. Croissants were old. Coffee was overbrewed and tea was not drinkable. The late night menu was very limited and the chicken panini was the worst sandwich I've had in my life. Tasteless dried chicken with carrots and processed cheese. Yuck. Fix your limited menu as many of us arrive late at the hotel and deserve better!!

Room light switches were little confusing to operate, because of its dark color especially in dim light, multiple switches placed so closely makes it difficult identify which one is for a specific light

The rooms were excellent and spacious even with two beds. The breakfast was amazing as well as the spa (heavenly, love you Judith) The mall is a walking distance to it with buggy service.

The food was a little spicy even for me who loves spices, but it was still very delicious. Sometimes there was a wet smell in the corridor but only for few mins
