I loved the breakfast and dinner experience at Chutneys. The food was amazing and the staff were fabulous especially Twilo, Avinash, Terence, Farhan and everyone. I enjoyed the live entertainment every evening. Anne and her team took care of all the minor details. My flight arrived at 4.15 am and the hotel gave me an early check-in at no extra cost! Really appreciate that. The food at Mama Miso was great too. Had some unique and refreshing cocktails at Blue lagoon. Will be visiting this place again and again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning resort in Goa, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was nothing short of extraordinary. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and pampered, creating an experience that rivals, and in many ways surpasses, the standards of any 5-star property I’ve visited. The attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and provided every comfort we could ask for. We were greeted with a lovely VIP platter, and the small touches, like fresh fruits and wine in the room, really made us feel special. The grounds of the resort are well-kept, offering a serene escape with stunning views, perfect for relaxation. Dining here was a highlight! The restaurants offered a variety of delicious cuisine, and the service was flawless. Whether it was a casual meal or a more formal dining experience, each was enhanced by the staff's warm, professional, and personalized service. What truly sets this resort apart is its commitment to making every guest feel like a VIP. Even during busy times, the staff ensured that every request was met promptly and with a smile. The resort managers were always visible and approachable, adding to the overall sense of care and attention. There is a great ambience at the hotel with all staff very welcoming. The breakfasts were good with a wide selection and variety of foods. The A la carte meals in Mama Miso and Chutney were superb and thanks to Aloysius and Cebern for their excellent service. The beach was amazing but very quiet and was a short walk from the hotel. However, we took full advantage of the free buggy service to the beach as the temperature was in the mid thirties. The beach has a beach bar close to where you enter the beach from the hotel. The pool was clean and the surrounding layout of the sunbeds near to the pool and in the gardens were very attractive. We also enjoyed the swim-up bar.

My wife and I opted for the room, breakfast and dinner option but due to our personal preferences and the quality and relatively cheap price of the A la carte meals in the restaurants we would only book the room with breakfast option the next time we visit. The hotel is quite isolated but there are a couple of stores nearby but with limited products. On learning that the hotel has music every night, which can be loud, we requested a quiet room and Ann was very helpful in arranging this for us.

Nice clean rooms, comfy beds. Bottled water every day. Bathroom had all the facilities needed. Breakfast had lots of variety. Food and drinks ok. Live music every evening. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We also loved that there were different activities every day where you can participate (darts, water vollyball, football, frisbee challenge and so on). Tennis table was available all the time. You can rent a bicycle for free, bikes aren't fancy but if you dont want to walk it's great opportunity. Beach is close, in walking distance. Also there are some shops not far from the hotel.

Hotel and the area is quite small. Only one bar on the beach. Mosquites in the evening, so be prepared.

The friendly and welcoming staff are really what makes this resort stand out. Nothing is ever too much and all are working so hard throughout the day to keep the resort spotlessly clean. I would recommend the club rooms with garden as these were super comfortable. The restaurants on site were very good and some experiences offered to guests complimentary were very good too eg cocktail making, clay pottery and cooking. The turnout for these events was very low and may be due it being end of season but feel the resort could advertise these more to guests when they first arrive or make it more prominent on what activities are on by the pool.area. The magic show was outstanding and the best I have seen in a hotel yet.

The location is not great as you are restricted to using the taxi rank from the hotel with minimum rates at 1400 rupees a time so for those wanting to head out and explore the local area it's not great. Not much for kids to do so would consider a little waterslide maybe like Kenilworth resort and spa have or more engaging activities or workshops for kids eg snake talk my kids were only interested if a real snake was being shown a snake charmer would also have been a good addition.

The resort was well laid out, welcoming and well maintained. While perhaps a bit older than some of the more modern resorts it was exceptionally well maintained and was full of character. The staff were simply wonderful, nothing was too much for them and they made me and my family so incredibly welcome and looked after us brilliantly.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the place, if forced to make a comment I’d say the rooms were slightly dated, but that added to the character and didn’t detract from the overall experience at all.

Everything about this place is amazing! The service is excellent, they have a great activities program, the Indian food is delicious, pools were nice, beach was very relaxed and nearby. But most of all: the staff is the best! Special thanks to Abigail who carried our son almost the whole bird watching tour.

It’s a great place! Just a few points of feedback: - Sometimes all the pool beds were occupied. You need to “reserve” a bed early in the morning - The bakery part of the buffet was not very good - The place is not so wheelchair/pram-accessible. There are a few ramps, but also some stairs that don’t have ramps. We needed to carry the wheelchair up and down from the pool to the restaurant.

Great resort overall. Very helpful staff, great food, nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the food from Mama Miso restaurant. All minor defects in our room were promptly fixed. The pool is great, though it can be tricky to get and install an umbrella. The hotel is right next to the beach, but the beach itself was super empty.

The resort is in South Goa, quite far from the busier North. It's fine if you just want to chill at the hotel, but if you want to explore other places it can be quite a long ride. As for the service, it would be nice to have a little tour of the resort at check-in (to show all the amenities, schedule, entertainment options, etc.). It took us a couple of days to figure out how things work there.

We rested with our family for 4 days 09/02/2024-13/02/2024, booked 2 rooms, and were given 2 connecting rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. Super friendly staff! Everything was at the highest level and meeting our expectations and the level of the hotel. Friendly Ann (Annie or Anna, sorry for the wrong spelling) met us and made a check-in, showed and told us everything in detail. Then, Dwayne helped us with our questions during our accommodation. On the eve of the check-out, Lyndon helped us and made us check in for the plane and printed out our boarding passes. I also wanted to note the kindness of Ganesh, on the check-out day, we stayed in the room and made a delayed check-out until 14:00 with the usual check-out at 11:00 since our flight’s departure was at 18:00. In general, we liked everything very much and we had extremely positive impressions about Goa and our hotel. Thanks again to everyone at Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa!
