The room allotted to us was spacious and clean with a good view. Check-in was super quick and efficient and staff at reception generally friendly. We had opted for the half-board plan. Food was amazing and varied. The staff at the restaurant does get a special mention as they were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive yet discreet. The room attendants too were pleasant to chat with, quick in their work and provided us extra water bottles, which was great. Good air conditioning and a powerful shower.

Our room key almost always wouldn't work for the elevators when we returned daily from day-trips. This was annoying. The only other issue we encountered was when we once requested the reception for an amenity, which ultimately was never delivered to our room. There weren't too may shops, restaurants or pharmacy nearby, not that it majorly impacted our stay.

During my visits to your dining facilities for both dinner and breakfast, Satish demonstrated remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and a warm demeanor that significantly enhanced my dining experience. I would like to rate his service as excellent and express my gratitude for his efforts. Overall, my stay at Hyatt Gurgaon was wonderful, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

I liked eveeything. Everytbing was nice, so I already booked this hotel for my next visit to Delhi next month. All services wefe excellent, food, housekeeping, laundry services ect ect. All personals were very very nice, i think better personals there than other more than 50 five star hotels in india, where I stayed. I liked food very much, not only me, but my foreign national wife and my son also. They started prefering indian dishes because of this hotel. I want to say thank you openly to all personals in hotel restaurant, mainly Mohan, Ajay, Abhishek, mongmin, and the personals in reception and house keeping team. Thank you all,and was glad to be with you, and enjoyed good time.

The head chef Mohan was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my friends one of whom was gluten intolerant and didn’t eat onion or garlic. He was fantastic!!!

1. We had to book a room for our friends earlier then originally booked and we were told by reception that they could not reserve at the desk and that they would need to book through booking.com. This was very unusual as normally you can book rooms with reception 2. I had asked reception to book a car to pick me up from Delhi airport on the 15th February. The person on reception took a picture of my flight details and advised that this would be arranged. However when I called on 24th to confirm reservation advised that nothing had been booked and so I had to make my own arrangements. Lucky that I checked as otherwise I would have been at the airport waiting!! This is not good customer service.

The staff at the Hyatt, including security, valet, and concierge, were exceptionally kind, attentive, and accommodating. Their warm hospitality truly elevated our stay and made it a memorable experience. I was initially hesitant to choose Hyatt, given a disappointing experience a few years ago, but I’m delighted to see how much they’ve improved. This visit completely restored my confidence in their commitment to providing outstanding service.

Food during Breakfast and dinner in room service was best. Manager & serving staff at restaurant/in room were very courteous.

1) The checkout could be smooth. Waited for the boys to pick up our bags (everybody kept saying they will come), if they were busy should have informed us. Made us late for the outstation drive, finally we have to drag our own bags. 2) The driveway to pick up guests by taxi was confusing 3) Should keep toiletries based on the number of guest in the room. (shouldnt have to call for such minor services) 4) The toilet jetter was too harsh

I loved the breakfast and service by staff in restaurant.. the location of hotel is not that grand.. the surroundings r not that impressive. My hotel pick up was very helpful..

I had left a message at reception not to get cleaning done in my room till my departure .. but that wasn’t followed.. They had entered my room when I gave instructions not to .. so please improve on your communication between staff ..

The Sous Chef Mr pratik Bhati was just awesome.Mr Joykim,Parmoi and Ayay ,Miss Achal Kajal ,Amandip were all excellent in their services.The happy hour was very good,liked their buffet dinner,free laundry services was very useful too.

It was first time to gurgaon which is far from the centre,No nearby shopping malls.the view from the room was not good at all and one thing to mention here is about loud music from the nearby wedding halls which may hamper your night sleep till 11.30 pm.

Good rooms and good service by staff. Good to see a dedicated life guard narender at pool helping out users. At breakfast and dinner The staff was very prompt and responsive to get items at the table without the requirement to get up from table. sagar was helpful with luggage. Sudhir was restaurant manager who ensured we were served well.

The food taste was not however upto the mark and can be improved

Beautiful hotel, fantastic food, good wifi connection and very clean room.

Our dinner was included in the price and we got water and a welcome drink on our first night. The second night we were offered water again and accepted, but found out after dinner that we were charged for it. Not a big expense, but would have been nice if they told us beforehand. Also, there were wedding parties during our stay right in front of the hotel which were pretty loud and carried on until midnight.
