Breakfast was lovely and they had quite a lot of variety and they catered for everyone. Pool was nice. Staff was helpful. If you are planning to work please do not forget to book the Business Centre, we were asked to move in the middle of our meeting which was inconvenient. The wi-fi is fine for general browsing, if you are one of those people who want to work from the hotel and be on video calls the wi-fi will not cater for this. I was fortunate to have local sim card so I survived on Hotspot.

We were not informed of needing to book the business centre prior to our business meetings, which would have been more convenient if explained at check in when we asked about the business area. It is complimentary though so we appreciate the facility.

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I have had. And I stay at a lot of hotel around the world. Great options for Americans which I can respect, but I stayed firmly on the Indian side of the buffet :) amazing.

The mini fridge did not cool drinks that well, it's really not the biggest issue, but if I had to point at one thing that gave me some problems, maybe it's the minibar temperature. That sounds so first world, but I had to keep my drinks in there for a long time and put them back in to keep cool. Overall I liked the selection from the minibar too.

Karibu - food and service were top-notch! Indian food is clearly their strength and we had amazing meals at this restaurant. Staff - warm, welcoming. The staff went out of their way to be accommodative to our requests. Special shoutout to Vijay and Shubhra at Karibu.

Incanto (Italian restaurant) - too many misses. Despite earlier feedback shared by another customer regarding the tiramisu, it hasn't been taken into consideration- pls don't order it. Cappellaci pasta was too thick and under cooked. Jacob's Creek chardonnay was ordered but the wine served tasted off and nothing like chardonnay. Duvet - had circular stains from before if held up against the light (which I did after reading a previous review about a similar incident) Front desk - not sure if it's a security policy or not, but each time i approached the front desk (access cards/general queries/checkout), they would ask for my name and room number. I'd expect a 5star property to remember these details and interact with me in a way that felt personalised.

Loved the clean rooms, well trained staff and excellent food.

The room decor was garish (Zebra striped carpets and sofas, metalic finish on wooden furniture and an overdose of ver large crystal light fittings). The hotel is old and the bathrooms could do with a spruce up.

Friendly staff, location ideal for work in and around Whitefield, in between 2 malls so lots of shopping and eating options around. Splendid breakfast spread

TV in the room is too small, smallest I have seen, doesnt fit expectation from such a property. Telephone lines also need to checked. Wifi speed is ok but requires resigning everytime one moves out of the hotel.

The hotel has one of the best rooms, great services and amazing food. The rooms were awesome and I would say better than many other 5-7 star hotels. We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. I gave 5 stars for location because I chose the location, people giving less rating must know that they chose the location before the booking so why do they give less stars for the location.

Breakfast had a good spread and no waiting time with the place well spread and adequate. Room was comfortable

Can't really think of anything though the check-out time should be noon and not 11;00 AM. You really cannot go for any views as the windows look into next door building.

Stay at Zuri was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Bangalore, the staff are so well mannered and pleasant, especially Priya at the reception. The rooms were top quality, spacious with excellent view, breakfast buffest was great, the place is simply great. Absolute value for money. I would like to visit again.

Good and clean rooms, clean linens and pillows, nice ambience and overall a good property.

The rate chart for Laundry. Rates are as high as the cost of a new average branded apparel. You cannot be expected to pay 800 to 900 for a single item.

The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff gave an awesome service. Appreciate their thoughtfulness, they have a great team leader. Special thanks to Pintu, Pavan, Ajith and Rajesh. My gratitude to the in-room dining team. Overall, very helpful and friendly staff.
