Breakfast was late I had to settle for Bread Omelette

Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable I was able to charge my phone easily. Even in 5 star hotel I had struggled with WiFi and charging. Chef was helpful with my diet, housekeeping level good plus staff sorted out a large bag of laundry quickly for me. I stayed in various styles of hotels whilst in Hyderabad Avana was by far the best would definitely recommend and use again

The breakfast was a little limited, it was acceptable for possibly 1-2 days stay but I stayed longer also I have diet restrictions so evening meals were limited however chef did come out and assist.

Avana boutique was very a comfortable stay, the service and the people working at the hotel are friendly and kind. they extended out check out time without any charge, the cleaning person also ran all the way to our Uber to bring a forgotten cable to us. This is what makes the experience better.

The rooms don't have an iron or a hair dryer which are basic necessities during a hotel stay. This can make it inconvenient if you aren't prepared.

I loved everything from the welcoming experience, cleanliness, and room service to the location and the taste of their food. The manager at the reception was GREAT and helped me a lot as it was my first time in Hyderabad. The location is perfect - it's in the financial district, which is the good part of the city. And quite close to the airport. It's easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

My only gripe throughout the 3-day trip was that they didn't have proper utensils. The hotel guy told me that it's their policy to use wooden spoons instead of proper utensils for some reason. Everything else was picture-perfect.

The hotel was clean modern and better than the 5 star I had stayed in. Staff helpful and I felt safe as a solo traveller excellent value for money.

Breakfast was good with staple idli sambar with made to order dosa or omlette. The service was good and quick.

The internet / wifi was patchy and slow at times. It will be difficult if you want to work from the hotel

amazing place to stay. new property so was very modern and clean. rooms were spacious and comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful read previous reviews that there were only cash payments but they have now upgraded to card payments as well

staff expecting tips with everything they were meant to do e.g. cleaning, breakfast etc restaurant not open yet but the staff accommodate breakfast by getting you things to eat

Rooms are very clean, as seen in photographs and staff are very polite and accommodative to customer's requests. Good location, very near to all major companies in Gacchibowli.

Breakfast items are little limited . Adding more items to the brekafast menu can make this place even more versatile

It was a decent stay. The room was a little small but the television had Netflix subscription and also the staff was very responsive.

Wish the receptionists were a bit more polite to my friend. Food options are very limited but good. The restaurant does not operate 24 hours. Could not get coffee atleast.
