The location of the hotel is the key point. I was able to visit Kalighat, Minto Park, Victoria memorial etc. and near by malls as well within a radius of 7-8 Kms. About the hotel, right from reception, staffs were very cordial, helpful throughout our entire stay. In addition to that, the adjacent restaurant has got everything we needed. I made an ad-hoc request for chicken stew, which was not in their regular menu. But to my surprise, the chef prepared just for my kid. It really touched us.

The only thing annoyed me a bit was the wifi disconnection for a while at the beginning. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain "I didn't like".

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was well organised and all necessary things are well placed. It was neat and clean

The wifi service is not at all reliable. I kept on asking them to fix it, but had no luck. At the end, around at 9:00PM, they said it's already night, can't fix it since the technicians are not available. It badly impacted my office call. The room service guys are asking for tips for every time I ask for a service. Even for an extra water bottle, the guy came asked for tips. This was annoying.

Every thing was good except in MAP plan, food options are very limited. Also during breakfast, most of the time buffet is not there and service is slow.

Rooms are neat, clean, well maintained, location is good.

I liked the room Cleanliness, staffs were helpful, there were some stains in the blanket, when I informed they change that. Breakfast was moderate, liked their kochuri and alur dum most.

Most of the time ola and uber drivers drop off a bit far from the hotel cause the hotel is placed in onr way road.

Prime location, clean tidy rooms, very close to Kalighat temple and metro station, helpful staff. Their restaurant serves best authentic Bengali food.

Folks, this is a maintained space where every part is hygiene and well kept! Most places are in a mile distance

In complementary breakfast time, a steward (waiter) who’s typically there everyday is really obnoxious and don’t want to cooperate. Wears a spectacle

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is in walking distance to Kali Temple and ATMs around the corner. Easy to get local transportation.

Towels were not that bright clean and very old. I had to made a few requests.

Extraordinary Staff. Very helpful and professional. Special thanks to the Restaurant manager and front office incharge.

Linens need to be changed. Room service menus to be improved.

Location is perfect, safety as well. The staff were very kind.

Breakfast was terrible, only Indian food.
