no proper facilities available. From the time I have checked in, I was asking for rental car arrangement and they didn’t do till my check out. unnecessarily I was on hold for post checkout (1 Hr 10 mins) for rental car. During my stay 5 times I called for Buggi but they didn’t arranged. overall experience was bad. The only best thing was Aveda suit. nothing else.

The place is pretty good. We first had room 610 and it was in need of sprucing up, to be kind. After some discussions we were moved to room 615, on day two and it was much better. Thank you for moving our room. They were kind and allowed us a late check out to make up for the initial arrival issues. Again this was a good way to accommodate the customer and made our trip much better. Rating is based on second room 615.

There is no signage to find the restaurant for breakfast. Its a long walk and you are just not sure if you are headed the correct way. We saw a man made waterway but most things looked like they had been out of commission for a long time. Lots of neglect. I think at one time it was a beautiful place.

Loved the courtesy and attitude of staff. They were wanting to walk that extra mile just to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay. Special mention for Ashish at the reception counter, Badrul for housekeeping and various other things, Rahul from the restaurant "Mabruk" for suggesting excellent food options and again going the extra mile to just add flavours to our meals. Tapri is also amazing for evening snacks and chai time. Overall the experience was perfect! Don't forget to order "Khodar Maa Banadoura" & "Vegetable Bastil" at Mabruk!

The insects coming inside the room. But atleast there were no mosquitoes. Jacuzzi couldve been better.

Aveda Suits was just amazing and worth the money. The best part was indoor jacuzzi. We paid about 16000/- inclusive of taxes but it was really good. Though some paint touch ups etc were visible inside the room but overall excellent. Amby Valley location in itself is very very good.

Complimentary breakfast arrangement was not appropriately handled and the staff was struggling to manage the crowd. Overall breakfast was good in terms of options and taste. Other activities around the property seemed bit costly. Due to dry day the in room bar was empty but they could have kept cold drinks and other snacks.

Perfect stay and the view of Mountains from the suite was breathtaking.

Tried calling the reception past midnight couple of times but no one picked up the call. There has to be someone at the reception to attend the guest's calls all the times, also in case of emergency.

The suite, the location and the facilities were good, the staff was courteous and provided prompt service for the most part. The breakfast spread was good and a shout out to the live counter guys!

Air con regulator was broken and no one came to fix it, housekeeping probably thought we’ll just wing it for 2 days.

I loved loved the suite which they provided us for my honeymoon♥️ i just cant wait to be there to have another good time!!

The only thing i did not like was the restaurant options

Room is quite big and have the serene view. Bed is comfortable and view is awesome. Staff is good and supportive. Best part is the Jacuzzi and spent good quality time there.

Food is expensive. Restaurant is quite far, hence serving are less warm. Bathroom need to be clean more properly.

Food at Lakefront Cafe was horrible.. We ordered chicken sizzler and it was the most worst food I have ever eaten . However Woodpecker Restaurant was good and Food was.delicious.. Cannot imagine they are in same property.

This was my first visit to Amby valley and Aveda suites. The place is awesome and the staff specially Mr kedar were very helpful. The place is surrounded by natural beauty and various types of beautiful flowers which look phenomenal during early morning timings. The food is good and I would really recommend the place.
