Firstly, I personally recommend this place. As soon as we arrived, Watchman greeted us. Valet parking is available so they parked our vehicle and we didn't have to look for a secure parking. Reception and lobby area are really well maintained, nice and clean, Receptionists are humble and quick to respond. Room was nice and cozy, they even had a small fridge to keep stuff, they have a option of bath tub and small sit out balcony as well, Odourless and clean space, Washroom is nice and clean and even offered sanitary waste bag along with other toiletries, Their taps and shower are a little tricky to use, but you'll get the hang of it quickly. Unlike other hotels, All the sink, shower and bathtub taps quick with the hot water. I Personally recommend to have your dinner or lunch in their own restaurant atleast once. They have limited option but they cook their food with perfection so they know what they're doing. Staff and manager of the restaurant are polite and punctual. There was a confusion about ordering a wrong dish, But they compensated for the confusion without asking, That's so kind of them. Game zone has alot of options, Snooker, Table tennis, Chess, snake and ladder and more. Hotel premises are well maintained and good to have a nice little walk after a meal, Overall a nice and peaceful place. Definitely planning to visit again soon!

Their reception side common washroom smells bad, there was a problem with the flush sensors so there was no water flow. There is some issue connecting with the wifi, It does not connect in most of the areas, so I hope they extend the user count or wifi range in future, and having a wifi password in room or on pamphlet would be great. Game zone premises can be better. There was some minor construction going on in the game zone area so I belive they must be aiming to improve it. Snooker table seems a little broken, couple of nets had holes so there are chances that the ball could fall down on the floor.

we had booked an executive room without bathtub and balcony but during check in, we got a free upgrade to super deluxe room with balcony. The view from the room and the room size was excellent. the room even has an attic bed for people coming with their children. the staff was very cooperative and polite. The TV in the room was working fine and the stay was quite pleasant.

The wifi speed was very slow. It was very difficult to work with that speed. The taste of the breakfast was average. The mattress was quite bumpy, too soft.

We booked a Superior loft room for a family of 4, with 2 older kids. The room was very spacious. The loft area was very comfortable for my son. Can even accommodate one more person there. The staff came and turned down the sofabed at night. They had forgotten to give us enough towels and water bottles, but did when we asked. The game room has billiards, air hockey, Carrom board but we couldn’t use as it was packed on the rainy day. Breakfast was good, not great. The variety of sandwiches was good. Their muffins and donuts dry and hard.

Bathroom needs little upkeep. Something was leaking and floor had water. The exhaust is poor but i didn’t realise till later that there was an openable window that can be used to aerate.

The property is generally nice.... the gushing stream behind the property was refreshing. The room 501 was big. However, the balcony faced the reception, and there was no privacy; we had to keep the curtains closed. The restaurant staff were courteous.

The property is remote and away from the town. Also, there are no restaurants or shops close by. The facilities are basic and weren't very inviting.

The property was very beautiful and clean. Basic amenities were provided properly, and the food from their restaurant was also good. They had a game room and all the games were actually in working condition. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Only a small thing, there was no hot water. It was difficult to bathe with cold water in winters.

I loved the ambience of the hotel a lot. Its a very nice and well maintained hotel in Lonavala. The facilities provided were awesome, the rooms were good and comfortable. The l crew at hotel are very good and polite with customer handling right from booking queries to providing service as needed. Very beautiful walking space, games center, swimming pool, playground for kids.

1) The location was in very remote place, 1.5 kms from main center. The area around didn't feel safe for going to main center at night. The road is very dark, even to get a rickshaw, it feels little unsafe. 2) The dining and food at the hotel wasn't upto the mark and were highly over priced. You cannot order from Zomatoe or Swiggy or any outside food service to the hotel. The staff took lot of time from time of ordering to bringing it to the room. Except for these two things, the hotel was very good, perfect for couples.

The property is nice, rooms are clean and big with good ventilation, the courtyard was great and well decorated for outdoor dinner with bon fire. The food was great too with good service.

Extremely loud music at outdoor dinner and music by the pool which was on from afternoon until evening. Since we had an executive pool side room the music was quite disturbing. Also lot of mosquitoes at the property.

The rooms were neat. We stayed in the super deluxe room and the sheets along with beds were hygienic. The food quality was good. The breakfast buffet variety was really good.

The pool can be maintained well as the chlorine ratio was a lot and I could feel that as my eyes were burning in my first swim.

- Clean and comfortable rooms. - Good location. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Decent swimming pool. - Nice restaurant serving delicious food. - Excellent breakfast. - Safe valet parking.

- Our bathroom had a few issues that should have been fixed in advance. We didn't complain about them because we were staying for 1 night only. - Music was being played too loudly near the swimming pool during the day, even though there wasn't any poolside party happening.

It was a beautiful hotel and my kids liked that Family room with loft so much. We liked the hotel very much with a beautiful water view and the sound of flowing water was so refreshing especially the tables kept near swimming pool. Bathroom, linens were clean and breakfast had lot of variety and taste was also so good and staff was very helpful and polite. Also the in-house restaurant food quality and taste was outstanding much better than other famous restaurants in Lonavla. Would definitely visit again and recommend for family as it is very peaceful, safe and 5 minutes drive from railway station and market.

Game zone needs a little more maintenance and swimming pool had little chipped tiles which is very dangerous as it hurts toes and pool for adult is too deep was not able to enter inside it.
