Loved the quick check-in & updated room later by Mr Suresh, owner of this practical hotel & Ms Ramana at the front desk & she did go out of her ways to arrange my specially requested, food items, ice cubes & others. Located in a quiet area, the hotel was indeed a very happy choice to stay. As a survivor HCC, I've got almost all my extra care requirements & requests that have been happily met by the hotel staff... Vignesh made sure that my room was cleaned every day, but I wish they did something about the small, small rain bugs coming inside the room. Car parking was a bit tricky, but we didn't have any issues as the car was parked in the same spot during the entire stay. Dhanyashree was always ready to help me in any way possible. Surya, Pandian & others made my stay comfortable by always helping. I'm sure to come back to this property for being pampered, better than before.

Rainbugs in my room, some broken glass piece under my bed, too bright lights in the room & non availability of English channels in television & garbage bags left near the elevator to stink.

It’s a Cozy homelike place. Well maintained with good staff. Lady manager Ms Ramana is excellent host and she makes sure you are taken care of. Sathish Kumar is super efficient. I will certainly stay here during my next trip.

Can’t complain much as it’s a great value for money. Possible one or two suggestions 1. Use better cutlery for breakfast 2. Salt quantity must be reduced in sambar and other dishes 3. A little bit of grooming of staff would add great value. These are certainly not complaints but some areas for improvement.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed is very nice. If the wifi isn't good, ask for a wifi extender. This really helped! Probably one of the best places we've slept in while in India.

Bathroom could get an update. There is only cold water from the shower. The warm water only comes from the tap below. They have some kind of pigeon problem, but it's wasn't a big deal for us. Just don't use the balcony. Breakfast is okay-ish...

I liked the rooms which were neat and clean. Rooms are spacious and had all facilities. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast for our 3 days stay. Our family enjoyed the homely stay with delicious food. Worth for the money paid. Bathrooms are very clean and providing geyser for 24 hours hot water. Staff are very kind and friendly and also helpful.

Delicious breakfast . Front office staff very helpful. They arranged taxi and two wheeler etc. Property located in very quiet residential area where we had morning and evening walks, basic kitchen with a limited menu helped us to order our food, rooms are clean and filled with basic needs, as it was one night stay nothing more to say....happy stay..

Great, awesome hospitality, we will always remember about this property in future, while we think for a visit to Madurai. The staffs in reception, especially Mr. Satheesh Kumar and Mr. Nethaji, they extended support with their whole heart for guidance in parking our car within the building, room service ......and everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Rooms are compact and comfortable.

Only drawback we noticed was that in our wash-room bath shower head was not there.

Cleanliness of room, bathroom n all around. The receptionist was soooo helpful to get us dinner at the night we reached Viswa Residency as there were no restaurants around. The complimentary breakfast was superb. Also, as we had a long drive back home, I asked him whether it was possible to pack some idlis n vada for our lunch n he gladly arranged. We had a good lunch enroute with lots of sambar n chutney 🤤 If I ever go to Madurai again, will stay here, no doubt. Greetings 👍👍

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Had a full , spacious 2BHK unit to ourselves. Good location. Front desk also gave a good genuine contact for the Darshan at the Temple which was great. Highly recommended if you’re in Madurai for staying a few nights.

The bed linen could be checked before check in. Outside was torn and had to be changed.
