Staff is very helpful. They'll make sure your stay is comfortable even if there are some hiccups expereinced. The location is great in that it's between a river and the sea. Bathrooms are nice, clean and modern

Approach to the hotel isn't the best. Have to leave the car at valet and walk a couple minutes to the reception. Food is alright. Breakfast is average.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were exactly like the photos—clean and cozy. The atmosphere was lovely, the pool was amazing, and the beach was nice and clean. The overall property is quite bug and it feels so nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Shaun, Bonali, Zeenal from the restaurant, and Manush from housekeeping for their exceptional service. They truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

The breakfast was delicious and generous, though we found the lunch portions smaller than expected; the fish we ordered was more of an appetizer size. Still, the taste was great!

We stayed at Madrem Beach Resort for nine days and we're very happy we chose this resort. The resort itself is very charming and well maintained. The staff is fabulous and always willing to help. The breakfast is a mix of international and Indian cuisine. Everyone will find something delicious to eat. Enjoy dinner on the hill with the ocean waves in the background. There is also a juice bar in the afternoon. The biggest thank you goes to Zeenal who made our dining experience exceptional. You can definitely rely on her recommendations. The amenities do not disappoint. The pool area is very nice and relaxing even though there are only 4 sun loungers. There is direct access to the beach, which is the quietest in the area. The surrounding beaches are quite crowded.

The only two drawbacks were: the lack of a regular/extra bed in a triple room (there is only mattress on the floor) and the limitation on the number of devices that can be connected to the wi-fi (only one per person; we eventually got an extra access, but it was not so obvious).

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Mandrem Beach Resort in Goa, and I can’t thank the wonderful team enough for making our trip so memorable. A big shoutout to Villroy, Kiran, and Mario at the restaurant for their warm hospitality, and to Deepraj the head chef and Amit for the delicious culinary creations. The front desk team – Dolly, Vishwetha, and Soubhagya – made check-in and check-out a breeze. Danroi was great with room service. The river view rooms were cozy and inviting, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Plus, having direct beach access made it so easy to head to the ocean whenever we wanted! Thank you all for making our experience unforgettable – we can’t wait to come back with family and friends!

This property has options of either river or the sea view rooms which is pretty unique. We took the river view room and it was nice. However, the room as such looks basic and needs some upgrades. I really liked the fact that this hotel provides some two options food for kids under 5 years like curd rice and kichdi which was really great for my 3 year old.

Our room’s safe wasn’t working and French window wasn’t locking which was a safety concern. It took few hours for them to sort this out, but they did ensure it was sorted.

The amazing staff at the Mandrem helped make our stay in Goa a really memorable & fabulous trip. We were a multi generational family - young children with fussy eating requirements and an older member with mobility issues. All the staff made sure we had everything we needed from spice free food for the kiddies (🤦🏻‍♀️) to bringing a chair to the beach for my MiL.

The water in the showers ran hot and cold unexpectedly but we could manage with that due to the great staff!

This place is so amazing, the pictures just don’t do it justice. The resort is newly renovated, with lavish gardens, nestled between the beach and the river. What truly made our stay outstanding is the staff. Absolutely everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. That also included serving us breakfast either by the sea or by the river. On that note, chef is brilliant and the food is outstanding. If you’re looking for a serene place to enjoy the best of Indian hospitality, make sure to book this place. Thanks to everyone at the resort for making our stay so memorable!

So we had the sea view rooms which had air conditioning issues. The manager was kind enough to transfer us to the premium rooms which were cottages on the beach and that was lovely. I feel the property is lovely but the rooms could do with some service. The staff is AMAZING! They did everything to make our stay lovely. The menu is limited but every time we asked the chef to make something off the menu, they were very willing

The original rooms - sea view rooms had AC issues and we felt like they could be serviced it before. Being a Radisson property we were hoping the rooms would’ve been checked and cooled before we checked in since it was peak summers.

The hotel, staff and food is very good

Location isn't good at all as they have kept the sea shores very dirty. Once you walk out of the property to the beach it starts smelling of garbage dumped there. While they call it a beachfront property the beach here is dirty dangerous and has dirty water. It also smells and there is garbage all around. The biggest menace is stray dogs on the beach. They leave no stone unturned in spoiling the experience. No complains with facilities inside the property
