Location: Nestled in the heart of nature. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty and lush greenery that surrounded the lodge. Delicious food is prepared in this place- it is fresh, local, and full of taste. The staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We woke up to birds singing and the fresh fragrance of rainforest just perfect for starting your day. The lodge has various activities like guided nature walks or ensuring there's something for every nature lover.

We had a fantastic time at After the Rains! The service was top-notch, and the food was amazing. The dishes were full of flavor, made with super fresh ingredients from their own farm that really shone through. The view was stunning too! A special mention to the manager, Mr. Rakesh, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you love fresh, delicious food and beautiful scenery, this is the place to go. Winter and monsoon seasons are the best times to visit.

One of my best experiences !!! Beautiful location, clouds n mountain tops , takes your breath away!!!! Also the place is so so quiet, you get to hear so many birdsongs of the rainforest, the crickets , the frogs species , the rest of the lush flora n fauna ........ Absolutely unforgettable !!!!! The staff .... young boys , ever smiling 😃 and enthusiastic, lovely service, bonfire and a Fantastic Chef who laid out fabulous meals you wouldn't want to miss 😘💕🥳✨️

The property faces an amazing and mesmerising view of the western ghats 😍 The food, the staff, the aura of the place is top notch. Visit this place if you want to just relax and do soak in the beauty. Would request folks visiting this place to avoid drinking and partying as this place is very close to the forest area and this resort is also a eco friendly place. Overall I would totally recommend this place 👍

I absolutely adore this place for its breathtaking views and incredibly friendly staff. It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time, completely captivated by its beauty. Once you arrive, you won't want to leave or engage in any other activities; all you'll want to do is soak in the sheer magnificence of this place.

The bathroom fittings were ill fitted and leaking. The swimming pool wasn't maintained well. Food could have been better.

In short, everything. My husband and I visited this property for a weekend getaway and absolutely fell in love with it. 1. The location and view is simply amazing. Waking up every morning to the expansive view of the Wayanad hills and birds chirping was therapeutic. 2. The food was exactly what I had hoped for - Kerala cuisine and so so tasty. For people who would like to have something else, they also have a Ala carte menu for snacks and dinner 3. The staff was so warm and attentive to every need of ours.

The only issue we faced was with the booking and prepayment process - The booking confirmation was not coming through to our email for some reason and it was a little bit of a hassle. If they can improve the booking and payment process, that would be just great.

The staff is really warm and welcoming. Also the food served here is to die for a special thanks to an Amazing chef. Beyond all this if you are visiting the property then get ready to be mesmerized by the view. There is a very good collection of books in the dining area.

The price of the property is a little on the higher side, from my understanding. Also the Bathrooms need to be more clean in Lilikoi rooms. Connectivity is an issue in some areas of this property as well.

It got quite hot in the day time. There was no AC in the room. Further there was no WiFi access and network was bad too. They were understaffed most of the time so services were delayed.

The natural beauty of the place is truly majestic. Getting up to the chirping sound of the birds and the vibrant lush greenery is a rare occurrence for city dwellers. The decor of the room is very thoughtfully crafted with unique eco-friendly items .The staff is very courteous and helpful. We had a great relaxing yet refreshing vacation.

Absolutely beautiful place. A 16 acre property with only 10 chalets . Once you reach there, you don't even need to head out. Stay there only if you plan to stay within the resort and recharge. If u are in a touristy , check bucket list mood, then I would suggest to stay somewhere else because it will be an insult to this place.
