Staff is extremely polite and courteous at the restaurant , especially the young lady who oversees the dinner buffet. we noticed a few mosquitos in the corridors of hotel and called housekeeping, within 5 minutes, they sent a mosquito repellant plug in . It was a small but very considerate gesture. the toiletries are replaced everyday. Elevators are fast , despite the massive number of people staying there you will never have to wait in a que at any counter. it was total value for money. we checked out and kept luggage with hotel concierge. the proximity to airport is an added advantage . Breakfast is very good, the evening restaurant is AMAZING too bad I realized it on my last day in the hotel. Beds are comfortable enough. What makes the difference for me is the superb gym and the equipment with lot of room so that more than 3-4 people can be working out together. Staff is very very very friendly and polite, more than helpful in many ways.

Bathroom is a bit tight, and by tight I mean really really small. Not that much of an issue for a business hotel and the price paid. Overall cleanliness of the rooms can be improved a bit, some dust and strange drops & stains here and there nobody bothers to remove.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and polite. Value for money is super amazing honestly. The food is good specially the menu not the buffet and the prices are are fair like very fare compared to other hotels as i stayed in 2 other 4 star and 5 star hotels in Mumbai.

The bathroom is tight so only if the bathroom door was sliding or folding it would be much better so one doesnt have to squeeze themselves between the door and shower door to get to the toilet. Thats all as the water pressure is nice and hot and cold water always there. Also, add shower gel to the set as they only provide shampoo and conditioner. Everything else is fine.

Value for money VS quality compared to other hotels of the same rank is amazing also their restaurant is tasty and has variety and not over priced like other hotels i been to. Staff kind and polite. The place is cozy as u have the gym, restaurant, bar and front desk on ground floor.

Only the bathroom as the door should be a sliding door since its tiny so it saves us the trouble of having to squeeze urself between the door and shower door to get to the toilet and also add shower gel to shampoo and conditioner. Also the place is clean overall but u can do better a little bit.

I would like to thank Mr. Anurag Tiwari, who helped me destroy my Aadhaar card, which I had forgotten in my hotel room. When I reached the airport at midnight (1 AM), I searched for my Aadhaar card. I was worried and called Ginger Hotel. Anurag Tiwari, a staff member, went to the room and found my Aadhaar card. I requested him to destroy the Aadhaar card and send a photo to my WhatsApp. Since I had my passport, I didn't need the Aadhaar card at the airport. He did everything and I am very happy.

I requested for a bit early check in, but they denied. They gave after 2 PM

The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing retreat after my travels. The hospitality provided exceeded my expectations, and I particularly liked the reception staff, who were very helpful with any questions I had. Mr. Afif, in particular, guided me on shopping malls and other services. The security team also did an excellent job by returning $50 that I had dropped from my pocket as I was moving around. With the assistance of CCTV, after attempting to get a hold me for three days, they successfully returned the money to me.

The property was near the airport and had good access to city. Checkin and check out was very smooth and fast. Breakfast spread was good and tasted decent. Rooms were decent size and had good showers and clean. After checkout I had kept my luggage for collection late in evening as my flight was only in the night. After visits outside in the hot sun, I returned to hotel to collect my luggages and they were so good to accommodated my request to provide a room for 1 hour to refresh and rest before I left to airport. So nice of them and it really helped. Thanks to Vaishali and team for this wonderful hospitality.

breakfast waas good, spread was adequate to good , location was Superb.. property is new so it was fresh and amazing.. Would come back if in Mumbai..

some places it seemed like poor cost cutting, example bathroom was not at all good .. cannot move in bathroom, space was inadequate, should have put sliding gate and same thing would be fine., its poor designing.. Also in breakfast, butter was melting on day 1 and impossible to cut and take. 2nd day it was ok as properly frozen.. They could have given amul single pc small butter it really doesnt matter. Same with jam. Coffee if ordered and you are charging 300/- bucks, u can have a nice machine as in starbucks and give a good coffee.. your coffee seemed like 70/- bucks which served in local shops..

There are many choices for breakfast. Waiters and waitress are very kind and generous to help.

It was difficult when I try to register the wifi. The guy at lobby for helping didn't really help a lot. When I arrive the hotel, it was over 12:00 am already, and he couldn't resolve the wifi connection problem, and he asked me to go to the bedroom first and would ask technical guy to help "later". But he didn't really notice the time is pretty "late" for waiting. The Wifi experience is the worst experience that I ever had.

I would say this hotel is a business hotel, fits for business people and people traveling to other destinations. The hotel is very close to the Domestic Terminal and close to the International Terminal. The hotel is part of Taj Hotels Group. Very professionally managed and run by well trained staff. The service of the staff was extremely professional. I would say the concept of this hotel is exactly like Ibis hotels of Accor Brand. Breakfast, Room, ambiance of the hotel all were great. Try to book Breakfast and Dinner in one package To the management of the Hotel, The room was too cold I suggest please instruct your maintenance department to adjust the cooling atmosphere in the room
