The location is good. My room was nice.

The rest of the building is a little strange - dirty, ugly. Are they doing construction?

Reasonably priced hotel in great location very close to Crawford Market, location also great for quick taxi commuting to Colaba and Airport, walking distance to Mainline Train Station. The room is very comfortable and was clean and serviced daily. The hotel corridors and lobby are a bit worn and dated with a bit of a musty smell (rainy season) but my room itself was great. Staff were polite and check in/out very simple. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel was great - it offers easy access to all touristic parts of Mumbai, there are plenty of taxis parked in front of the hotel and the Victoria station is nearby. It's about a 40 min walk to Colaba. I recommend visiting the Crawford Market and the Mumba Devi temple in the area.

The corridors and the exterior of the hotel are a bit of the put off but the rooms were comfortable and clean and so was the bathroom

We stayed for 13 days in the Hotel. Overall stay was hassle free. easy check in and check out, the property is cleaner than others. staff was helpful. Beds are comfortable and linens were changed everyday, In room dining has very good masala tea and food from the Famous Ustaadi Restaurant next door.

During booking it was mentioned that breakfast is available at property for 100 INR each where as they demanded 250 INR each. Linens were changed everyday, but the pillows from inside weren't clean or new, were used from a long time without washing.

Great location, very safe neighbourhood. The beds were very comfortable, check-in was smooth.

One of our rooms was not very clean and the safe was broken. Having the Wifi-router in one room we had good Wifi, but the other room was on the other side of the hallway and the Wifi was spotty.

This little gem of a hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. The rooms have been updated, so are comfortable and fitted with fresh new fixtures and fittings. The room even had a fridge, tea/coffee making and a safe. The location was great. not only near the famous Crawford Market but there is also a huge local market area right on the doorstep where you can buy anything and everything you might need. The market is for locals, so no inflated tourist prices and no hassles. Even though it is on and/or near some major throughfares, the room was quiet while giving easy access to some of Mumbai's major attractions.

There are few options for breakfast nearby until after 9am. Once the hallway carpets are replaced and the hallway walls plastered - the Crawford Inn will be a very pleasant little hotel. At the moment the access to the rooms lets the place down. Because the windows of the rooms are overlooked by other properties, the window blinds cannot be opened meaning that the room is dark and lights need to be used. If the windows could be fitted with reflective tinting film (where the occupant can see out but no one can see in), then not only will the rooms be filled with natural light but will also save the hotel on electricity.

I've stayed here for 6 days. It was a pleasant experience. The windows were facing the back of the building so it's not that noisy as one would expect from the extra crowded old city center of Mumbai. It's not a 5* hotel, but for its category it's very good. I would stay again.

The hallway, the path to the room, is still renovating and it doesn't look nice, but once you enter the room it's ok.

Good clean comfortable rooms. Excellent service from all staff from the time you enter starting with the security desk personnel.

Not much choice in terms of breakfast. Set menu for breakfast. No choice of cereals or toast or egg in the days I was there. Breakfast decent though except if you are not accustomed to traditional Indian breakfast.
