Good property, safe area, clean and hygienic, comfortable

For staff to be a little more liberal with extra complementary items such as coffee, creamer etc. when asked. Sometimes only 1 or 2 sachets are not enough when you are staying out.

Location was very good, Clean and big rooms....in the photos the rooms looks small....staff was very co operative and polite....liked the complimentary breakfast as well

The room was spacious. Ambience was good.

The water from bath was flowing in reverse direction making the whole space wet. There was some nasty smell in the corridor. The breakfast was good.

Their check-in and check out time as per the booking.com is 13:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs respectively but the hotel says they check-in is 12:00 noon and wanted me to check-out by 10 am. I had not even stayed for 12 hrs and they wanted me to check out. Eventually I checked out at 10.30 am and they didn't have a problem. The size of the room is small and the size of the bathroom is too small. Breakfast is available only from 8am.

The Room I had blocked was not given to me when I arrived after 11pm in the night - it is late for this hotel is a surprise as this is MUmbai City and any time checkin of late kinds is fine...The room was horrible, tiny and I was asked if I wanted to shift to the Deluxe room I had blocked the nexteday - on a busy Morning day - TheReception should know that Work comes first not shifting rooms because you didnt keep it for me blocked and then disturb my work schedule. You cannot do this to Guests and then say but I offered you - but Hotel should have kept my Deluxe room itself in the first place. DISTURBING MY WORK SCHEDULE IN THE MORNING TO SHIFT IS NOT YOUR DECISION - and then for the small room I had to ask to reduce the charge and not charge me Deluxe for both the days stayed 2Nights, but only was reduced thought I didnt stay in the large room but smaller room which should have been the charge - so this is fraud and cheating. I will report this for sure. Pathetic Accounting and your faults are passed on to the Guests!

Your mail confirmation was Rs 16,000 including all taxes but Hotel Maharana Inn charged us Rs 17,920. After showing them the confirmation mail, they told us that booking.com did not include taxes in Rs 16,000. Now why should we be paying more? It's hard earned money you are snatching from us.

I didn't like anything at the price I paid.

Poor neighborhood, poor approach to the property, unprofessional front desk staff, forgettable breakfast, noise of traffic throughout night, poor housekeeping. Expected much more for the tariff paid. It should be ok for Rs 3500 per night.
