We stayed here for one night and booked 2 rooms as we had a flight to catch the next day. Both rooms were exceptional and very clean. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had, they went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Location: Great location that is nearby to the international terminal (Terminal 2). They messaged me on Whatsapp a few days before our stay and arranged a driver for us, who had a modern and clean car and was free of charge! Room: We booked 2 rooms and both had enough space, they were modern and clean (definitely worth more than 2 stars) They had a desk a small dining table and plenty of sockets. It also had a stocked mini fridge, which they allowed us to have all of the drinks for free. They provided bottled water for us and more on request free of charge. They also had a smart TV in the room which had Netflix and Youtube installed. The bathroom is fully open, which is common in India, and water does get everywhere. However, unlike most hotels they do provide you with a squeegee to push all of the water to the drain, and it dries within a couple minutes. It is very clean and I had no issues. Breakfast/Food: Breakfast was included in our stay. It is located down the road from the hotel so you will need to walk outside. Options were okay but plenty of restaurants nearby if you want something else. You can also order from food delivery apps (Zomato, Swiggy). They also offer room service for lunch and dinner (not included in price), the food is very good especially for the price. Service: Great service from all staff, they are very friendly and always willing to help/answer questions. They also booked us a cab to the airport which was affordable.

I don't usually write long reviews but this place deserves some recognition. I am not sure why it is rated only 2 stars, I have no complaints. It is probably the best you will find at this price range. If you have an international flight, or even a long layover this would be your best bet as it is only 10-15 mins away.

Room size. Had a separate lounge. Well stocked bar fridge. I have traveled many times to India, and this was the biggest surprise concerning cleanliness, luxury and comfort. The special touch re welcome drink and plate of fruit was well received. For first time travelers to India, it doesn’t come better than this at the price…. Although not far from the airport, The traveling to the hotel is however an introduction to the hectic traffic of India and everyday living.

Cannot think about anything

Very very friendly and helpful staff, clean and confortable room- in fact the room was cleaner than many upscale hotels I have stayed in India, very well organized and hasle free transfer and stay for travellers flying to/from BOM, free airport pick-up, a decent restaurant nearby owned by the property management . The way they run this hotel is really appreciable. No elevator but no issues with your luggage as there is plenty of staff available to carry your laggage to the room and back. I had arranged airport drop off at 4 in the morning and when I opened my door at 4, a staff was already waiting for me in front of the door. Excellent customer service!

The traffic around the area (though the hotel is located in a relatively quiet side street). A shower cabin would be a great enhancement.

Exceptionally clean hotel , very large room exactly like the photos. Not too far from the airport. It has a delightful restaurant about 250 m away which had delicious food. The staff were very very helpful and super nice , especially Nazya at reception.

Not sure if the area around the hotel is suitable for single females.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!!! Reasons why you should book it: -Super close to Mumbai airport(15min to T2) -They have car pickup service included in the price and the driver is a great person -The team is extremely helpful and gave us suggestions -The room is impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and great bathroom space -They gave us complimentary snacks, fruits and drinks as well as water -The hotel has a great restaurant 2 minutes away, but you can also order room service, the food was delicious!!! -Great value!!

Nothing, it is truly fantastic

Definitely the room. It’s spacious, comfortable and clean and has everything you need to for a good night sleep. A plus that they add complementary to the room drinks and refreshments. If your aim is to have a sleepover next to the airport than this is definitely a great option considering you have a free pick up and the ride is only 10-15min.

While the bathroom is nice and has all you need, I can’t wrap my head around, why wouldn’t they install a curtain or glass cover instead of giving you a mop to clean the floor, everything gets wet because there is no separation of the toilet and the shower. The breakfast was definitely disappointing, not just is 200meters out of the hotel, (and it’s not a nice walk), the variety was okish, but the scrambled eggs I couldn’t touch them, the tea instead of being black they add spices even though we asked for regular black tea. As mentioned for a night stay the airport is great, other than that if you want to go to the city down it means you will stay in traffic for at least 1h and the surroundings of the hotel are definitely not nice to walk around. Over priced considering the all package.

We spent four days here. The room was very neat and tidy. I would give 100 out of 10 marks for the hospitality of the hotel staff. It was that good. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff, especially Zakir, provided exceptional service. And the hotel driver Irshad, his care and behavior is like a family member. And one thing that needs to be mentioned is that the Uber we booked could not arrive on time because of the traffic. I even thought that I would miss my flight home. the reception staff promptly arranged an alternative, ensuring we made it to the airport on time. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

The location of the hotel is not very good. But the hotel staff are trying to make up for that deficiency through their hospitality.

I needed a hotel for a long stopover and hesitated between this hotel and the airport hotel and I was really happy that I opted for this one. The room I had was exactly as the photo. It had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. The service was exceptional. As a female solo traveler, I didn't really want to wonder out alone late but the hotel had a VERY EXTENSIVE menu available from a restaurant that guests could order from and they could deliver. The food was delicious and really good value . The service was just excellent. I have to say a special thanks to Mr N.Ahmed, who I think was the manager for being so kind and incredibly helpful when I needed help. He went over and beyond. The hotel is not too far from the airport. The high rating it has is justified and I would definitely use this hotel again if I come back to the city.

Clean tidy hotel. A family-run business. Against the backdrop of the neighbourhood in which it is located it shines. The service is excellent. I don't understand what people expect when they criticise this hotel. This is India, Mumbai and either someone understands this and realises where is coming, or she/he should just buy a 4 star hotel for 4 times the rate the Naaz hotel offers and that's it😁. For me the hotel is a revelation! I sincerely recommend it. They are located close to the airport. Pickup from airport is free of charge. In the room there is small fridge full of different non-alcoholic drinks free of charge. The restaurant where breakfast is served is 2 minutes walk away from hotel. It serves delicious food as well. Have been there twice for a dinner. Great experience. This restaurant has been in operation for almost 50 years. The service there is excellent.

everything was great

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was a regular buffet, some 200 meters away from the hotel (walkable). Beds were comfortable and the room, including the washroom, was clean. Appreciate the free airport pickup. Staff was very welcoming and polite and we really enjoyed the hospitality. Special thanks to the manager, Mr Nadeem and the lady at the reception for ensuring that our stay was pleasant.

Only the neighbourhood was a bit dirty (The hotel itself was pretty neat and clean though). Also, would have been more convenient if breakfast was served inside hotel premises.
