I was made to feel welcome right from the start and helped with luggage. Room was cozy and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. I would love to come back. Breakfast spread was great. Food was tasty. I felt pampered by the unexpected sweet box I received when checking out.

The location is seriously inconvenient and I wasnt aware of the second gate which for some reason was not used. At leaste it did not show on maps. Especially when you book cabs they have to take a long U turn. At breakfast, things seemed a bit chaotic.

Excellent Hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. Manager on duty was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

Traffic for Uber to gate in and out was a challenge - but Staff we helpful in arranging hotel vehicle whenever we required for local trips.

We stayed at Radisson Goregaon for our family vacation. Overall very happy and satisfied with Room, service and Breakfast. Room was spacious and Bed/Pillows were comfortable. There was one small issue with Flush which got fixed quickly by hotel service. I do need to mention about Breakfast. This trip was food trip for us since we were coming to India after almost 3 years. We had our food checklist ready. Gladly to share most of the items got covered by Daily breakfast. Amazing breakfast specially Live counter food. So many varieties and most of the menu items changes everyday. Quality and Taste of all breakfast items was very good. Chef Sachin and his team did a wonderful job. We requested for one dish which Sachin remember and prepared for us next day. Thank you !!!

But please it's an request can u please keep the Rooms rates little bit low cost... It was too high for one night.. I paid 10,000/- can u work on it... If it was for one night.. It's too high.. I hope the team will work on it. Thnku

I didn't like it because, I had to leave the hotel 2 days earlier than the check out date. (My father in law had a medical emergency). However, the hotel charged me for the complete booking period, citing reference of Booking.com's steep agreement. I didn't quite like it. Any special situation like medical emergency should be treated with empathy. Kindly check if a refund is still possible.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! I spent two nights here, and everything from the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable room exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant.

location. really nice location. breakfast buffet was good. staff was friendly.

there was lots of noise from other rooms in the night and also you can hear the traffic from sv road. at one point there was smoke smell. rooms are bit small. because i was solo, it was fine for me.

Breakfast had satisfying variety, Room was great - location was strategic

The floor i was in had alot of workers and work noise as it was being renovated. But, the kindness of the staff and cleanliness of the place plus responsiveness to any request makes it acceptable. Anyway this is not an ongoing thing.

The reception team were super friendly and smiley all the time... special thanks to the reception staff for being so professional and welcoming...I felt very welcomed.

1st day when I reached the hotel, the toilete was not very clean - after words the cleaning team did a great job.
