Stay n breakfast was good.. But they have made mistake in payments. Charged me for an extra room and have not solved my problem. V bad communication... Have called n made so many request to the staff but no response as yet... V annoyed with their system..

Wrong charges done.. Towels were v bad.. On request we got better next day

We liked the property and our mountain view suite. The view from the suite was awesome. Restaurant ambience and food was awesome. Even the staff were courteous and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Praveen from Front Desk and Mr.Pradeep from the restaurant

Senior citizens, people who have difficulty in walking should check with property first before booking the room. The rooms in the property is downhill and while coming up walking the steps will be a task. Proximity and ways to reach between room and reception, dining should be improved. Ours was technically the last room in the property so we faced difficulty while walking as there were 100 steps to be covered uphill,luckily for us it didnt rain however we were wondering what we would have done if it rained. Even faced issues in mobile network. Wifi upto 2 devices are complimentary and once you register the device then you cannot change it. Apart from 2 devices if you want to use other wifi then its chargeable.. found it to be a constraint.

the place is great with all the facilities available inside. they also have different activities going on within resort on daily basis. good place to be with family. good food and great staff. you also have parking facility available amazing view from the suite with a view. you see entire dehradun and the valley

its a little on the inside, with very narrow road connecting to the resort from mall road. most of the times you will find a jam as most places on the road are single lane and with traffic coming from both sides, you can be stuck for hours far from mall road.. not walkable. IRD is available only till 10.30pm also be aware with family, if booking cottages - the last cottage is around 200 stairs down from reception. so with elders it can be a problem. staff is cooperative but. if available they try and adjust

Staff were very helpful and polite. We would like to thank and appreciate one of the GSA, Ms. Priyanka who helped us through out our stay and before. I would recommend this place for their hospitality and warmth. The room we stayed at had the best view. We were not very lucky with climate Bute few days were definitely favorable.

Limited choice of dishes for dining. Far from city center.

The property covers an expansive area, a lot of stairs one has to be fit to move around. The price was a little higher to the facility offered.

Breathtaking views from the hotel room.We could catch the sunrise and a spectacular sunset both from the comfort of our property. The staff was courteous at all times. The property is large and yes lots of steps but totally worth the walk. :)

Sterling should at least have a transport facility for its inmates We had to book cab from travel agencies There are too many steps !!!!!! very difficult for senior citizens Suggest to have elevators I would lime to give the staff who provided room service as well as food a 5 star They were too good

The suite is very spacious and well designed. It has amazing valley and mountain views. The resort has activities planned for all ages, for instance, zip line / bicycle / trekking / indoor activities for kids. Evenings are happening too - musical nights, dj, housie. Breakfast is sumptuous. The buffet dinner could have been a bit better (the spread was good but lacked taste).

The location of the hotel is far from the city which is both a plus and inaccessible without calling a taxi. Most of the rooms which offer amazing views are below ground level, the lift goes up to a certain level and there on one has to climb a few hundred steps which I personally didn't have a problem but other guests faced difficulties.

The location of this property is exquisite. I enjoyed watching the sunrise daily from the restaurant deck. We enjoyed the facilities in the room.

The property is older and the front desk could be a bit more spruced up. The flooring in the rooms cpuld use an upgrade given winter season. With roadwork we had some struggle getting in and out. The food seemed overpriced. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay

Staff were ecellent, well behaved, wel manared and quite a hard working lit consideing they have to continuously move up and down across 22 blocks which is very taxing physically. We required 5 min to reach to our rooms from reception and yet staffs do it all day maintaining theur smile. The view was undoubtedly amazing. I would suggest not to miss sunset and sunnrise from this place. You get best of mussorie here, as good as any view point.

Though we were very early in hotel at around am, se had been waiting till 11:30 to get checkin process rolling despite some reminders. The numbers where not picked up when we tried to reach them initially. Being such a big hotel situated at such a fad distance in the middle of nowhere they could have atleast asked us for a complementary drink to cool oursleves. It wa only after we did ourcheckin, one of the staffs named Priyanka offered us something and The managers or other staff should learn from her about customer delight. The hotel has nothing around to go and help ourselves with so they should adjust with customers turning up early which is a quite normal evenr during trips.
