The hotel is located at Aerocity which is convenient if you have to catch a flight at Delhi Airport. Since we had a late evening flight to catch, we were allowed to do a late check out against an extra fee. Our room was comfortable and clean. The person responsible for our floor was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, from Indian cuisine to Danish pastries and everything in between.

I explicitely asked for a quiet room when booking this hotel, but they gave us a room at the street side where construction works were going on0 A quieter room came with an extra fee, which we did not want to pay since the room was already expensive. The open air swimming pool is not heated, which might be interesting to know if you want to take a swim when you are staying during the colder winter months.

The room was clean and all Toiletries and facilities provided. The staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. The buffet breakfast was very good and nice variety and Indian and continental foods. The shower was clean and plenty of hot water. The massage/spa facilities were fantastic and the staff very professional.

Our room on the 6th floor was very warm, we used the Airconditioning for the whole day but it didn't get any cooler so it was a little uncomfortable and stuffy. It was a little difficult to order coffee at the breakfast because the staff were so busy and not very attentive.

This hotel is ideally located near the airport, making it a perfect choice for a quick transit stay before an early flight. I stayed here for just one night, and the experience was seamless and hassle-free. The staff were professional and attentive. The restaurant served fantastic food, and as a lovely gesture, they treated me to a complimentary dessert from the buffet, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, it was exactly what I needed for my transit stay, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone in need of a comfortable, convenient stopover.

Taxi to airport service is a bit expensive.

Everything! The room is beautiful, spacious, the bed is super comfy. The pool was very nice and clean. I was spoiled at the restaurant with delicious dishes that the Chef sent me to try for free. The food was great, lots of options on the menu. The staff was super kind.

The only thing I didn't like was that the security team saw on the X-ray that I was carrying a drone and asked me to leave it at the reception and collect during check out. It was a bit inconvenient having to collect it upon check out, given that I was in a rush to go to the airport. Also, by default, DJI drones can't fly on areas near the airport, so even if I tried to fly it, it wouldn't let me, so there was no need to confiscate my toy ;-)

First, the rooms. I stayed at a "King Bed, High Floor" room for 4 nights. The king-sized bed was soooo comfortable. I have sleep problems, but I was able to get a good night's rest every night thanks to the comfy mattress and pillows. Maybe it was too comfortable, because I didn't want to get out of bed at times 😝 The room was always clean (thank you, Housekeeping team) and the A/C worked like wonders (cool and cozy was the atmosphere). Not a single dust was seen on the washroom area, and the toilet and shower worked well, too. The rooms also had all the basic amenities. Second, location. I was told by my tour driver that the location of the hotel is good, because it's right on the "entrance" of Delhi (under the assumption that you are coming back from Agra or Jaipur). It's also safe to stay at because all passerby goes through security check upon entering the building. Not only is the hotel close to the airport, but also has free airport pick-up/drop-off service. Third, room service & food. I had breakfast included in my reservation which, upon request, was brought to my room. This saved me a lot of time as I was able to eat while getting ready to leave for a tour. Room service was also exceptional. They're quick to answer your calls and cater to your needs any time of the day. The meals were not too salty or strongly flavored. I especially loved the fruit platter for its freshness and variety. Last but not least, staff. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I initially had an issue with the room, in which I was not given a "6 and above floor" room that I originally booked for. I didn't notice it myself until my second-to-last night, when I went over to the reception desk to request late checkout. The staff and manager were quick to fix the problem by reimbursing me with a discounted late checkout fee. Also, each and every staff are extremely responsive.

Lovely airy modern interior and comfortable beds. Room service staff was very friendly. Very nice pool area...

Breakfast was lacking western options. A bit chaotic service during breakfast - no communication between staff and misunderstandings. We asked for 2 oatmeal porridges but got 1, had to wait extra time for the second one to cook. Stayed at this hotel 2 times in Aug-Sept and at first got a nice pool view room, second time when staying 2 nights the view was horrible - to the back side of another hotel, despite that in booking it said higher floor rooms with view.

I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Aerocity and had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean washroom. Though the room size was standard, it had all the necessary amenities. The view wasn't great, as there was an office building right outside the window, but that didn’t bother me much. The service was good, and I felt very secure during my stay. Being in Aerocity, there are plenty of food courts and coffee shops nearby, making it convenient for dining options. Overall, a great stay!

Staffs should be more helpful and focused.

Very convenient to walk around the surroundings… very quiet and peaceful stay.. The staff are very courteous and always readily available for assistance. The breakfast buffet had varieties of choices and taste delicious. Thank you

First of all, I booked a room which says 6th floor and above and I was given a room on the second floor to which I confronted then only the staff decided to change it and gave me a 7th floor room. When I opened the curtain of the room it’s facing right In front of another building which was very uncomfortable so had to keep the curtain closed the whole time.

While my conscience was guilty for contributing to global warming I was at the same time so relieved to enter the cool confines of my room when it was 115 degrees out. It was quiet in my room And I’m very sensitive to sound. But my friend said her room had some drilling sound. There were ample places to sit and get work done. There’s a decent salon around the corner (looks) where we had great pedicures for rs1300. The hotel kept my heavy carry on in storage while I took a trip to another region @100 rs per day saving me headaches and money for overweight luggage. They do have half day rates.

Only complaint is the coffee and buffet were super expensive.

Clean and very nice interiors. Great staff who were very polite and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on the ground floor was surprisingly good.

I stayed here because I was flying out the next day but the Aerocity is a weird place to stay for a longer period of time and kind of far from Delhi's attractions.. if you hate Delhi stay here, if you're trying to explore Delhi you might want to stay somewhere more central
