Our room was a great landing place after arriving late at night in Delhi. We were staying in Delhi for the first time, so the location was great for us to start to get used to the city. It's a little bit outside of the city center, so we were still able to get to all of the destinations pretty easily. Uber picks up and drops off here no problem. One thing to note is that it is in a "closed" community, so sometimes at night our drivers had to drive a little farther, but not a problem, just a heads up to visitors. Staff was also very responsive to questions, and stayed up late to make sure we able to check in when we arrived, approx 2am.

The terrace is also a working space for the folks working there. So it is not as relaxing as we anticipated. But over all still a nice place to have breakfast.

The room was comfortable and spacious and clean and great value for money... It has big windows which I loved because since I was doing office work from home, view of the outside and light was much needed. Washroom was clean, though little small. The terrace was also a good place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. As for the location, it was in Greater Kailash and in a very good and seemingly quite safe location. The staffs were well behaved, polite and their service was very good. Overall, I had a really good stay there.

Although tasty and fresh, I found the food little overpriced and also the small attached balcony could have been little more cleaner. And one minor thing( not applicable for all)is that the bed is little too soft for people with severe back pain or so.

It was my second trip to Delhi as a woman solo traveler and I came back to Bed and Chai because it's just the perfect place to stay. A secure nest with a friendly staff, always ready to answer your questions. It is located in a very nice and quiet area, with great eating options. Supermarkets and metro station is very near and if you prefer, the hotel can arrange a taxi to the airport for you if needed. I personally felt like home and will come back again, no doubt.

Bed and Chai focuses on providing a comfortable and home-like atmosphere, so while it doesn’t offer extensive amenities, it does cover the essentials well. The common areas, including a cozy lounge and a small library, are perfect for unwinding. The included breakfast features a selection of local and continental dishes, though it’s relatively basic. The hotel could potentially benefit from expanding its breakfast menu and offering additional amenities such as a fitness center or a more extensive dining option.

Bed & Chai was a lovely and cozy accommodation to rest in whilst landing in Delhi. They are usually booked out so we were lucky to book here last minute. We found it very comforting and in a more quiet location. It was also very relieving as there are many scam accommodation in the city. I would stay here again.

Only gave one towel for two people. Double bed is just two singles pushed together. Cleanliness could have been a big better.

Bed and Chai was my first stop in India. The staff is kind, warm, and helpful and offered advice about the metro system, directions, and just general tips on how to get around in Delhi. After a day exploring the busy city, it’s lovely to come back to the neighborhood surrounding the hotel, which is quiet, peaceful, and convenient to metro. The chai is terrific and so is the muesli, which is served with warm milk. Highly recommended.

Service at Bed and Chai was one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with recommendations, transportation arrangements, and any other needs. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the personal touch in their service made me feel genuinely welcomed. There were a few instances of slight delays in response time, but the staff’s willingness to accommodate requests made up for these minor inconveniences.

Since I was looking for a homely feel, the bed and chai was very close to what I was looking for. The location of the stay was awesome as M block market is at walking distance. The staff was very generous and welcoming. The room I had chosen to stay was clean and it has a rustic and antique interior that gives you a warm feeling. The only downside is I would like B&C to fix the double bed that splits in two single beds and the broken tiles of the floor.

The location is excellent. Many cafes, restaurants, medicine shops, and grocery shops are within walking range. It is located on the street, so cabs and autos can be easily used for commuting. They have an open terrace, a common kitchen, and a common space to sit. They allow both cooking and food from outside which is a big plus point. Overall a good stay with friends.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger and the lighting in the washroom is very dim to see anything. There is no lift in the building which was mentioned to us by the manager while confirming the booking.
