One of the best hotel to stay in the Parahganj for the couples as well as for the family. The staff was polite, empathise as well as responsive to all the small requirements. The rooms were cleaned, specially the washrooms. Food quality is also good specially the tea. Mr. Manoj Kumar was supper attentive, humble and also guided us fabulously to roam around the city. Recommended to stay here as it is not like other's who just scam for extra charges stating the rooms are full and some other reasons.

The staff was so co- operative . There is Mr. Ganesh which was appointed to my room. He is too good in service and always available on a single call. I stayed there for 10 days due to official purpose. At reception, Mr. Niket and other manager was also so co-operative. Overall the service is good and the all staffs were excellent

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Had an immense pleasure of staying at this hotel while visiting Delhi. The hospitality of the whole staff was very warm, they were very warm and polite and were really eager to provide their help. The room was quite big, and well illuminated, and well cleaned. The view from the room was pretty good too. The overall stay at the Hotel gave really positive vibes, and provided with quality services. Best Hotel and it was really my privilege to stay here.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant.

It said they had a fitness center but no pics on the booking.com site and there was hardly any equipment in the gym . That too very dirty condition.

I like the way they treat their customer, when i enter my room it is fragrance like flowers .the room is very spacious The service provided by hotel is good and fast.even in washroom there are every thing which a person need like towels,grooming set, facemask etc

Had an incredible experience staying at this beautiful property. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the services provided by the hotel we're excellent. Such pretty views around and vibe of this place is so amazing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Perfect place with peaceful vibes. I would highly recommend to try this fantastic place.
