The property is in a good location, handy to the main sites. The staff were really great and polite. We often asked for water or more toilet paper, and that was no problem. Regarding hot water - some reviews say there was none but here’s how it works. You ring downstairs and ask for the hot water to be put on (there’s a phone in your room). They put it in straight away, it takes 10 minutes to heat up and then there is hot water. Doing this we had hot water each time we wanted it. Room was spacious and bathroom was in good condition. They provided an extra blanket and towels on request. There is a dining table on each floor and you can order food from the property and eat there (or eat in your room). Overall, we can recommend staying here.

The bedding had stains on it and the blanket kept in the cupboard smelled unclean/musty. BUT I’m going to say there is very normal for India accommodation and is why we travel with a set of sheets. This is the only downside of the stay.

The Hotel is located close to the metro New Delhi Railway station, so you can get quickly to the hotel and also back to the airport. The area around (Paharganj) is quite authentic India, a bit chaotic and dirty, but safe and lively. Small restaurants and stores are all around. We slept well in the hotel. It wasn’t noisy at all cause it’s located off the main road. The stuff is helpful and doesnt disturb. The breakfast we tried (coffee and omelett) was good. The room was generally clean for Indian standard. Hot water often worked during the day. Internet stable. We stayed there for 5 days. We also could checkin the first day at 8am without extra charge.

Sometimes small things were missing like towels and a fresh sheet, but stuff brought it. The elevator is a bit noisy. Maybe they can turn this down.

I stayed with my family last week for 2days. I booked it last after searching for room so long. The staffs and owner is sweet and cooperative. Affordable price and near to Metro and other major places of Delhi. Maximum our meal we ordered here only it was so tasty and affordable. Provided us Wifi, extra blankets, hot water. Room was clean, large beds no issues. Most staff were quite friendly. Guys at the reception was helpful in guiding me about the nearby areas and the auto / taxi pricing so I don't get ripped off by the drivers. Not much noise was heard inside the room from outside areas. Sleep was pleasant. I had an early morning check out to catch the 6am train, the staff helped with arranging the auto from the main road which was really good. Thank you :)

Didn't like the fact that when I asked for hot water for shower on the day I arrived, the staff just didn't bother to switch on the boiler and just told me that due to the warm weather the water must be hot. Didn't bother to tell me how I could request for hot water. I ended up having cold shower on day 1.

Helpful staff, fan was noisy and it got fixed quickly. Airport pickup and train drop-off good, but costs somewhat more than organizing yourself. Food was good. Central communal table and chairs on each floor. Has a fridge. Bathroom had a seat cover that is big enough to keep the toilet seat dry when showering. Hot water available when ever we tried. Is down an alley which reduced the road noise. Close (walking) to New Delhi Train station.

Air con works well but is quite noisy, due to the type of unit it is. Area isn't to my liking, too busy and dirty, but that appears to Delhi.

Very well located, people at reception were absolutely helpful. They assisted us and solved any problem we had, like with the local simcard (we had bought two at the airport but never worked), tours to Agra and Jaipur, were to fix a broken shoe (yeap!), everything you need is 50 meters away from the hotel (even a McDonald's and Domino's Pizza if you are in a hurry), ATMs (again, the SIX we tried at the airport didn't work), to the left you get to the main road were it is very easy to find plenty of tuc-tucs to go anywhere, and then to the right you get into more local and authentic little streets full of markets. The owner even let us leave our suitcases there while we are away for a couple of days until we return. The room was clean and comfortable, there were no windows but that's pretty common here and we are used to it now, also no noises from outside so we slept perfectly.

Not that we didn't like it, but in case Internet is not working, just let somebody at reception know, he will restart the modem and voilà! That is it.

Good: 1. Location. Walkable distance from New Delhi station. 2. Room/toilets were very clean 3. Prompt service

1. Though we booked triple bed room, but they inserted the extra bed in a double bed room. So space was little. Also, they installed a table fan for the third bed as no ceiling fan air or AC was reaching there. 2. Car can enter from the main road to hotel but during day time as that road is occupied with many other vehicle, your car might not agree to reach the hotel door. It may not be too much problem if you don't have too many luggage as the distance from main road to hotel is hardly 100m

Close to the New Delhi Railway Station, so super easy to get there by metro from the airport. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe inside. Staff was super nice!! Very considerate and helpful. Even helped me with bus bookings. Also tried the food as I was too tired and jetlagged to go out, and it was super yummy, very good price and with room service.

Room was without window, and I had this ventilation thing going on. Which is great for fresh air in the room, but maybe a bit loud. Also, some areas/streets in the district seemed a bit dodgy, would not recommend walking around in the dark. But like mentioned, inside the hotel I felt very safe.

Extremely comfortable beds and a quiet room. We slept very well. Close enough to New Delhi station and the airport metro to make it a very good choice for transit. The room and bathroom were large and very clean with everything we needed and even a fridge that we didn't. The service was very good from start to finish and a special mention goes to the man who carried our heavy bags to get a Rickshaw. And all this for a very good price. It is probably the best hotel we stayed in over five months of travelling in India and Sri Lanka. Thanks team Su Shree!

I read some reviews...and i was aspecting something below any decent level but...I understood why? for many people it is the first budget place in India...and they don't really know what they will see in the next stop... Hot shower (real one and not 3 minutes) always available, big bathroom, big room, TV, fridge, comfotable beds and clean sheets (wow point), room food service. Yes it is a small alley but i didn't see anything scary (as per some reviews) or unsafe. Close to the train station (10 minutes walking distance, yes could 5...but it is Delhi)

Quality of food could be improved.
