I would highly recommend Hotel Glow Inn to anyone that is planning to visit New Delhi, upon our visit the staff at reception were very professional and even though we arrived in the early part of the morning the hotel ensured that we were attended to upon our arrival. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly, we stayed at Hotel Glow Inn for a week and their hospitality was outstanding.

The family room on 4th floor was amazing. It was adequately big and spacious. The lights and the decor was good. The owner was considerate enough to lend an additional toilet for the family.

The staff at the desk is pathetic. The attitude and disrespect he has for the clients is appalling. Also, the day tour we booked from the hotel was not worth it. The driver was rude and full of attitude. It was a waste of money.

Property is good. You can reach within 5 minutes from the New Delhi station. However the manager was kind enough to send a person near the station so that my luggage can be picked easily. The staff was very prompt and available whenever required. On duty manager Anwar was on toes always to ensure the guests are comfortable. The hotel has good menu and food served was good quality and hot. Overall experience was good and worth. Shall visit again

I visited this place with my family and came for the first time. We had a warm welcome by the Host and they organized me a value trip to Agra, Jaipur and Delhi. This place is located Centrally and connected to the Heart of Delhi Connaught Place. If you guys are planning to come Delhi can consider this place without over thinking.

It’s Center Located. Well behaved staff and smooth check in. I requested them for early check in which they provide me as my demand. They booked me Taxi for Delhi Sightseeing and Agra tour at very good fare. Driver were really friendly with me n my family. If we talk about security. They have security guards 24hours. Highly Recommended

I chose this property for my vacation and it was a great decision. They provided me with the complimentary facility of early check. The hotel is centrally located with most of the attractions being at a walking distance. The food was amazing and they have a rooftop restaurant as well.

I stayed in hotel glow in for 2 days. It is close to main Bazar near New Delhi railway station, paharganj. location is good everything is within walking distance.We were having difficulty finding this hotel but staff came to receive and help us to reach to the hotel. When we entered they gave us warm welcome. Staff was really friendly, helpful and patient. Service was quick and no matter what time 24/ 7 they are available. The room was very pleasant, clean and big that impressed me the most. Food was delicious and tea was awesome. Rates are also affordable, Overall on my next stays, I will definitely check into this hotel.

The staff's hospitality was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even allowing us to stay a few extra hours before our train departure. AdI ditionally, they kindly assisted with packing food for our onward journey. I would highly recommend this place!
