the price is a little overpriced in my opinion, the staff worked for a long time upon check-in and could not figure it out. It took 2 hours to check in. The fact is that I changed the dates on the Booking.com website, canceled the initial reservation, then increased the number of days and received confirmation from the website. the employee could not figure it out for more than an hour, and I checked in at night, it was very inconvenient to spend an hour at the reception after a tiring flight and transfer

Mostly friendly staff and a high quality of cleanliness.

Restaurant prices were very expensive. Hot food at breakfast was only warm and cold drinks were not cold.

Great facilities and options in the hotel.

I booked a twin room and was not accommodated. The reception staff initially were not going to provide any compensation for not allocating twin room. I had to persist for club level access in lieu of not fulfilling what we booked. I found the reception staff negative and not helpful upon checkin.

Stylish. Plenty of choices for food and drinks.

We had an issue with the hotel concierge dept., regarding the booking of taxis and the retail outlets that the taxi drivers "associate with." We have discussed this with hotel management and weren't impressed with their flippant response. We will not stay there again as a result.

Some rooms have been refurbished and completely lost their original design and style, like the one we were in, but it was nonetheless a comfortable room. Bathroom amenities in plastic packaging, refillable dispensers would be an eco-friendlier choice. Dinner buffet or a la carte is a bit pricey, no other dining options at walking distance in the area.

The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff were exceptional. I would like to particularly thank the staff in the Club Lounge including Shubham Raj and Nazim Ali who always had our coffees ready and made our family group feel special. The room attendants always made our rooms spotless and orderly and were on hand to meet any request. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and have never experienced such outstanding, polite, warm service. Thank you to the hotel team.

There is nothing to improve on.

A nice, clean and comfortable high-end hotel, very centrally-located and with great views (at least from our room) over inner South Delhi. The hotel has glass-walled internal atrium lifts, which also offer a view, but which might be a bit disconcerting if you're bothered by heights. There is a decent, if slightly spartan, pool and a more-than-usable gym. The lobby and check-in were pleasant without being extravagant. We didn't take any meals or drinks here. For what it offers, the price was quite reasonable. I could imagine this being a perfect hotel for a business traveller.

The hotel bar was uninspiring, so we took a quick auto ride across the roundabout to the Shangri-La, where we had a very pleasant outdoor evening drink and dinner at the Grappa Bar (or it may have officially been the Shang Palace outdoor seating area).

Centrally Located

Lighting in the room was not appropriate. It was too dark. May be that have a dull theme. Having casual approach of the staff. Didn’t get a feel staying at 5 star hotel. Breakfast spread was just ok not like 5 star hotels. In brakeast area (Monsoon)waiters were like daily labourers and were not at all trained. May be cost cutting but why when you are charging a good amount on room rent?? During night on 2-3 persons were available to cater 300 rooms a

The staff that cleaned our room were very helpful and polite. The service in the breakfast area and other restaurants was super.

There was a manager at the property, Deepi Ma'am (as she was referred to by the other staff at the reception area) who was extremely rude to other staff members and guests, and was reprimanding them in front of the guests. She also shouted very rudely at my daughter who was sitting in the lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien. Breakfast in the morning was really extensive with a lot of excellent international options. The bed and room was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure/temperature. We used the gym and all of the equipment was up to date and they had attendants to make sure everything was clean after every use.

Honestly everything was great. Our room was on the 14th floor and we had fantastic views, once you got past the smog. I even watched monkeys scampering alongside the road below.
