It’s our second stay here for a short visit to Delhi. The location of this hotel is superb- right in the mix of Connaught Place, with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

This is not the fault of the property but on both trips, we found that taxis and tuk tuks don’t always know how to find this hotel. If travelling for the first time, make sure that you are aware that this is located in D block on Connaught Place.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, as based on the reviews here we were expecting a rather modest accommodation. But what we got was a really good clean comfortable room with some extra toiletries, a fridge and a small desk (overall not as modest as we expected). There was also a TV but couldn't really find many channels on that. The hotel had a splendid location at the center of Connaught Place. The staff was highly courteous. We saw good reviews about restaurant Zaffron and it did not disappoint. Quality breakfast was included in the price!

Wifi on the premises was very slow, the walls between the rooms were quite thin and hear-through. Be prepared that there is no lobby or a place like this to just hang out or get some work done outside the room. We tried to work a bit in the restaurant, but as the place has a more fine dining vibe, it wasn't the best place for being a bit professional.

The room was clean & tidy with a large wardrobe, air con & TV. The wet-room (bathroom) was a good size & had an assortment of essentials. The Breakfast menus provided a good number of options for all tastes. A comfortable bed and lack of noise made sure we had a good night's sleep. The Zaffran Restaurant, located inside the hotel, provided good value breakfast and evening meals which could be charged to the room. Guests from Asia, Australia & the UK were also staying there.

This sounds a bit picky but, there was no rubber plug for the wash basin & the wall sockets would not hold the electric plug adapter in so we had to wedge a shoe in front of the plug to hold it in place.

The staff was super friendly and very considerate, especially with our 1-year-old. We arrived at the hotel before 7am, and they offered us a room to rest before our actual room could be ready. The hotel has a restaurant which offers a vast variety of Indian food for a reasonable price. The breakfast is fine, not a lot, but you can order more items for free. The location is central in a safe area of Delhi (although packed with overpriced shops + beware of people misguiding you to take a tuk-tuk to some souvenir scam place). It's hard to trust hotels and hotel reviews in Delhi. This hotel was recommended to us by a friend, and it exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast manager on the first day (Sunday) was grumpy.

Location. Very convenient. Front door security. Vikas was super helpful. Air con, fridge, safe, and kettle. These 4 key things were all good and present. Shower and storage all functional. Key card and room notifications all useful. Complimentary bottles of water were nice and useful. Felt safe and secure.

My room was a bit too close to the main entrance and the restaurant. Would have been better up the corridor, as rooms are not particularly sound proof.

Brilliantly located a stone's thrown away from Rajiv Chowk station, so you can get to everywhere you need to directly from the hotel. There's an ample supply of rickshaws and Ubers too. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are attentive, and the attached Zaffran restaurant might well be one of the best in the area.

Nothing that stood out. The wifi is spotty, and drops out often, but that has been the case in every hotel in India outside of the big multinationals and luxury hotels.

The whole stay was a pleasant experience. Check in process was smooth. They had the room ready. The breakfast spread was good. They had enought options in the spread with combination of ready to eat, made to order food items as well as fruits and fruit juices. Excellent room service - good portion sizes. The room size was very good for one person. It was clean room. It had all the amenities as mentioned.

Only downside experience would be I could see some insects in the room. Seeing a cloth eating moth was a bit scary. I think regular pest control will be required to avoid such situations.

As previous reviews have noted, this hotel is in an ideal location. Major sites and markets are are all within reach. The excellent restaurant, too, is an added bonus. Staff in both the hotel and restart were friendly and helpful.

The standard room is somewhat small and the lack of a window with any sort of view is not ideal. It was comfortable enough but next time I would opt for a more 'expensive' room. However, the fact that as a tourist, one is not in the room for any great length of time means that the room issue need not be a deal breaker.

The hotel is located next to The Embassey restaurant and all of the staff were very good and attentive. Special mention to Shweta & Mr Erwinjit Singh who were fantastic in helping me sort out some train ticket problems I had. In all my travelling for work and leisure, I have never met any reception people better than them and they were a credit to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable and serviced every day. If I came back to Delhi I would have no hesitation staying here again. Highly recommended

Wifi was a little unreliable

we really enjoy our stay in this hotel. we landed at delhi in the night and we arrived at the hotel at 5am, they were very kind to keep our luggage and give one room that was free in early check in without surcharge, really appreciated. the room is quite big to be india, the bed is big. overall clean (not european standard) but very good, also toiletries in the bathroom. we had dinner at their restaurant and it was delicious, the best food we had. the location is perfect to move around delhi, it is not in the middle of traffic and not noisy during night. highly recommend
