Breakfast was good. The room was nice. This was my second time staying here, and the servers/workers were very attentive. I would especially thank the concierge as he was extremely helpful with getting a cab that would not overcharge us (as this is very common in Delhi and tourists). Overall, a great experience, and I would likely return.

On our first morning, it was busy; the tables were not being taken care of, so the dishes were still on the table. The second day was great; everything was cleaned, and the service was great. A little sad the construction affected the spa and part of the facility,

After a long day of travel, I was very frustrated by some issue at reception, and then with my bathroom. As soon as I calmly communicated my concerns to Subhdra, Santoshi and Kiran I was met with total empathy and understanding. My three night stay was full of smiles and warm welcomes. The streets of Delhi are challenging and chaotic, but the moment you are within range of The Park Hotel, the embracing sense of security is palpable and most welcome. My room was luxurious and clean, and the service staff have an eye for detail that truly merits its five star status. 100% recommend. Also, the delicious included breakfast helps you leap out of the comfortable bed in the mornings!

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.

Very warm staff. Personnaly, Mr. Ankit on reception is a pleasant and welcoming sweet natured boy. Everyone else may be equally good but I liked intertacting him alone. I visited with my spouse. Breakfast was very nice and full of choices. Though everything else was full of ambience and perfectness, the coffee we were served in the restaurant at 13:20-30 hrs was neither hot nor good not even worth of a penny. I didn't however complain but I made the staff note. Even the cokkie served didn't suit the prestige of the property. I wish such small things are also taken care of. Rest everything fine.

Coffee and cookies were of poor quality. Preparation of POHA was very poor in the breakfast on 5th Feb. Other choices were perfect

Yes everything is very good but for regarding comfort mattress is not good for all cervical and disc problems persons it should be comfortable no to be too much soft and create problems so I am not satisfied with mattress very difficult night not comfortable mattresses.

Extremely comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Really nice buffet breakfast and dinner options, with well designed lobby and dining areas. Very helpful staff.

The only room available was one without a view, as a section of the hotel is being renovated. Noise from the party on the ground floor could be heard from my room on the 8th floor, and was loud until late. The location is very central, next to Connaught Place, but that means if you're new to Delhi, it can feel overwhelming from the moment you exit the hotel, and with pushy riskshaw drivers waiting.

Mini bar and snack items decorated and presented for guests were chargeable with price list. Should have been clear with a note may be instead of getting surprise towards the end . Customer service contact number when tried reaching before check in was not reachable either busy or no response . It would be helpful if they can arrange airport shuttle for guests.

Of a comfortable stay at Pride Plaza. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel has all the necessary amenities and facilities to cater to the needs of the guests. The location of the hotel is also one of its advantages, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional customer service, particularly from Miss Menakshi at the front desk. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Her warm and friendly demeanor gives you a great impression of the hotel, and you'll always be happy to come back again. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great ambiance, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service.

Breakfast was outstanding. It is in a good location, very near to Rajiv Chowk & Connaught Place. Room size was good. For a short stay, it is a good place with Family.

I wish they had heated pool for the guests. We went in winter where we could not enjoy the pool as they did not have any option. The bathroom door in the room has a very weak lock.

Housekeeping called me while I was showering, asking me to give them a good review before I stay was even up. I then found garbage that housekeeping had left in the bathroom. That’s why I only gave it for stars for cleanliness. And he wouldn’t get off the phone and I was taking a shower and was very obnoxious looking for a good review and I thought of giving a terrible review but everything else to the hotel is nice.
