I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Whether it was helping me with directions or simply sharing a friendly chat, they truly made me feel at home. The room was immaculate – clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was spotless, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning! Sanjay Mishra is a truly kind and dependable helper. He is always ready to lend a hand, offering support with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.

The breakfast felt home made, and was simple, nutritious and warm. We were able to get simple, amazing food every evening from the in-house kitchen, and that made a great difference after a long day out. The inner courtyard was a perfect place for a quiet breakfast in the midst of some greenery . Definitely doesn't feel like its in the middle of New Delhi, but it is a central location. Close to multiple markets and various tourist attractions, and safe enough to walk even at night. Room and bathroom was clean enough, and water pressure was good too.

There was a bit of a delay in room service now and then. Room was a bit of a tight fit with an extra bed, but otherwise, reasonably good.

Comfy beds, good hot showers. Wonderful and accommodating staff and excellent meals. Nice courtyard. Away from traffic noise.

Well, it's India, but given that, this was a nice enough place. Either a short walk or rickshaw ride (100 rupees is what I paid) from Shivaj Stadium stop on the Airport Metro Express line. Convenient to walk to Connaught Place or Jantar Mantar. Breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful enough. They provided bottled water in the room. The wifi worked. I would stay there again if in New Delhi.

I travel a lot and generally as long as the hotel is okay, I don't complain about it not being perfect. This place was fine. Like I said above, this is India, so the expectations are different than in a Western country. All in all, it was good, no complaints.

I enjoyed my 5 days in this comfortable hotel. The rooms are big. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, they assist you in all possible ways. I was travelling alone and the owner of the hotel was very nice making suggestions where to shop, and how to get around. The restaurant in the hotel is comfortable and they offer Indian food and Western food. They have very good soups and I had them prepared in advance everyday since it was a bit chilly in January. I requested a shower curtain and they brought it right away. Most hotels here have no shower curtains. You don't hear the noise of the traffic like most of the hotels as you can see in the photo. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The taxi from the airport had a hard time finding the hotel since the streets in Rishikesh are so small and hard to get around but that is everywhere in Rishikesh. I got to the hotel and I was relieved that it is in a quiet great location where you can walk to every direction and find what need.

The staff in general was very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The property is very well designed - with a central courtyard, well laid out rooms with large windows. Breakfast was great with good old music playing and cook was happy to serve. The location was perfect - centrally located, easily accessible. Overall the property was clean and well maintained with some room for improvement.

Room cleaning & property maintenance were not up to the mark - the linen was spotty, with hair (possibly from previous guests), the cushions on the sofas were stained. The water flow in the toilet would not shut off completely after flushing and flowed all night. The sink cabinet in the dining area was significantly damaged and appeared to have been for some time - was an eye sore. Breakfast area can get crowded at peak times.

The location of the accommodation is on a clean and silent street, this is a huge advantage when you stay in Delhi 😁. The room was spacious and clean, it had a balcony, air conditioning, everything you need. There is also drinking water available. The breakfast was very good, mixing indian and european food for all types of travellers. They have a luggage deposit, they took really good care of my troller for 2 days. You can print your plane tickets at the desk, you can order room service. Got me this is definitely a 5 star ⭐ place. I will book the same place if I ever get back to Delhi. Plus it is really close to janpath street ( all types of stores for souvenirs), or other markets, also situated kinda centrally to most of the sightseeing worthy places. Comfortable bed, privacy, good powerful AC, clean bathroom. Accessible location to metro and nearby restaurants, Breakfast can have few more additions but it's good they have breakfast. Open 24 hours so I can check in anytime. No waiting for check in is very fast process. Allows outside food also. No disturbance. All rooms have a balcony. I prefer it every time I come to Delhi.

I got the king sized bed with the larger room. plenty of space. clean, hot water for shower. it was peaceful at night. I had an expectation that it was not going to be 5 star and it met or exceeded my expectations. I ordered food at night to my room and ate the breakfast each morning. it was vegetarian- they were upfront about that and I found the food to be tasty and satisfying.

the only tip I would give is that dinner time is 9:00pm so the first time I ordered dinner in my room I received at 9:30 pm. This was purely a cultural expectation issue. I explained that I would like to eat no later than 8pm and they were able to accommodate me. the other tip is WiFi was a bit slow. but if you are an international traveler get an e-sim for your phone. I found phone signal to be good and that worked great for me.
