One could get amazing foggy view in morning & sparkling city view at night from the bed itself. Property also has nicely maintained cozy garden, bonfire and backside trekking fields to enjoy early morning walks around. Breakast was also tasty and fresh

The manager at property was trying to fool us by giving alternate room instead of the one I booked online. After confronting him with online booking photos, he switched our room to the actual. Other staff were very supportive and caring. Property has very bad pathway, muddy, stony and high curves. Avoid going on two wheeler or sedan type four wheeler. SUV or Micro suv with sufficient ground clearance will be okay, given that you drive uphill carefully. Diffculty in reaching hotel was still worth the view, price, proximity to city and comfort.

Location of the resort it situated on top of the hill. Great view of the city and hills. You feel like you're in hands of nature. The room we got has a great view stayed here for 3 days food was good and nice staff!!

Road to reach the resorts is not up to mark. If some other vehicle comes from top it would very difficult to drive or get away. You need very good driving skills to reach the resort. No Wifi at all you hardly get any signal.

Staffs were supportive. Location is good and facilities in resort are quite good. Food also available on order. Food taste is very good. Complimentary breakfast is good.

Reaching resort from main road is very tough. Only single car can go on this side road. If opposite car comes then very difficult to give side. Road condition is not so good.

The stay was perfect for us. The rooms were very clean and had all the facilities in amazing condition. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the quality of the food was way better than all the restaurants (even Zomato and trip adventure recommended) we tried during our trip. We had other meals as well and the service was fantastic. We tried the chilly paneer, veg biryani, onion pakora, french fries, kadai paneer, paneer butter masala, naan, Manchurian and veg noodles. All the dishes were so delicious. The manager was extremely friendly, polite, helpful and professional at the same time and made every possible arrangement to make our stay comfortable. He suggested a few locations (not in our itenary) that we could visit in Ooty as well as Pykara and made transport accommodations accordingly as well at a very reasonable price. The transport accommodations were excellent and the drivers were professional and also acted as our guides making our visit to each location even more memorable. Overall the experience was perfect for us and we would definitely recommend this resort for staying in Ooty

Everything was even better than our liking. The manager took care of each and every requirement and was available at all times.

The stay was beautiful and cozy, the view was the steal of our trip. Felt very nice every time we returned to the room be it morning, afternoon or night. Food also was decent. Staff is sweet and helpful.

Didn't get Wifi, Room Service/Restaurant less responsive. Travelling to the hotel costs a lot and is slightly difficult as it is uphill, they can offer pick up and drop from the bus stop as part of the service. But the view & stay is worth the struggle.

I am really satisfied and very overwhelmed with my stay ,the location of the property is ideal and the food served too was very deliciously I would like to specially thank the hotel staff Mr shankar and Mr Anand and the kitchen staff too they were so kind and so helping …all together I would like to thank them for all their support and making our trip so beautiful and memorable

The VIEW! its located at the top-most view point and it values. Staff is courteous.

Very limited options to explore during the stay, only FREE TV channels. With the price, I think they should introduce some activities, games, camp fire, music. last 500 meters to property is a bit challenging

The view from the room was absolutely stunning...the food was good and the staff is always eager to help you out in any way possible. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. For the amount of money you pay, you won't find another hotel in Ooty with a view like this. You will have to pay a big whopping amount in other places with such a view..the view from the balcony made our stay truly worthwhile..

The road to the hotel is a quite rough. Unless you are a skilled driver, you shouldn't undertake this journey. However, they said that the hotel will fix the road really soon and you can always avail a vehicle provided by the hotel or hire one in Ooty. They will take you to the hotel easily. For us, the walk down was not an issue, since it was mostly gravity doing all the work but while climbing back up I would suggest you take an auto. However, all things said and done, i think the road is a really small price to pay for the amazing view that the hotel offered. I would definitely go back again.

Great staff, very clean stay, and a good location, very close to central city. Stayed there for two nights, 3 days, and everything from the food, to the room and the staff was 10/10. Definitely would recommend for couples, a lovely vibe with a great view at a great price.

We had a fabulous stay and the staff were too good and their service is very excellent. Advantage is that resort near to benchmark tea factory. There is lot of activities (eagles dare adventures)near to tea factory and is walkable distance from resort . We really enjoyed.
