I appreciated the hospitality of the property from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, away from the city's hustle and bustle, and situated at an altitude that offers stunning mountain views. You can even experience the clouds drifting across the mountain ranges. (Especially in Winter) The property features two restaurants (Indian and Chinese). The food is excellent, especially the breakfast, which includes both Indian and continental options. There are several gardens with outdoor seating arrangements where you can relax and enjoy nature at its finest. Overall, it was a great value-for-money stay for my family and me. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ooty.

During my stay I didn't find any flaws. If you are a nature lover, I amsure you lkove this property. All the rooms are mountain facing where you can see the sunrise and sunset clearly from your room.

Gem Park Ooty holds so very true to its name!!! The spectacular location of the hotel offers unhindered views of the pristine Nilgiris, be it from the rooms , restaurants, lobby or the main porch. The front office team is warm, true ambassadors of the hotel, and epitomizes the genuine warmth and helpfulness of the city, Ooty. They recommended places to visit in and around Ooty and needless to say, all their suggestions were taken on board, and all the places exceeded our expectations. The check in and check out was seamless. All requests were met proficiently and instantly. Thank you team🙏🙏 The dining experience elevated our stay at the hotel. Big compliments to the chefs for creating epicurean dining experiences for guests. What high level of quality and unmatched taste, and above all, consistency. From local South Indian delicacies to North Indian food, every single meal was a surreal experience for us! Highly recommend this gorgeous property if one wants to enjoy Ooty thoroughly, with family and friends. I am definitely visiting Ooty amd Gem Park again!!

We loved it!!

The staff was great. Amazing breakfast! The room was large and in general the hotel facilities were versatile and interesting.

The hotel was a bit far from the center, Uber didn't work in Ooty and when we asked the reception for help with ordering a taxi or a riksha they've sent us to a special desk at the lobby. The guy who worked there gave us an unproportionaly high price of 800 rupees when the price is supposed to be 200-300 rupees max! We now understand he took advantage of the hotel being a bit far from the center and that it was a rainy day. We would give this hotel a review of 10 if it wasn't for that experience.

We really appreciated having adjoining rooms and the seating areas in both rooms with wonderful views over Ooty and the hills The staff were friendly and helpful; the welcome tea was delicious The restaurant was excellent and the chefs vey good at explaining which food had allergens which one of our children could not eat.

We were sorry the Games room was not open until 5.30pm; we would have liked to play games earlier in the day. The garden area was lovely

The rooms, facilities and overall it’s ok. Food is ok but not so great. Food needs lots of improvement. The hotel is a mixture of old and new concepts.The bonfire concept was the old one which was really good. The facilities and rooms had a new look. The Mountain View from room and restaurant was superb.

If the food is improved the overall rating would be good. There was an antique car placed in the entrance which gives a good look. The staff could have cleaned the antique car regularly so that it looks shiny. It was filled with dust.

Staff are extremely polite and helpful..special mention of Ms Angel. Though we particularly didn't enjoy the alacarte food (for dinner) that was served by the restaurant.. chef Ashok took feedback in a very positive way... breakfast was super tasty...

Recreational space is still under renovation...so is the swimming pool.. they room rates can be adjusted basis facilities available

Its awesome and full of varirty for all levels. Good options for hand made tea & coffee and even cppuccino + latte. kids enjoyed the breakfast

You had good options for fruit juices however quality of watermelon juice could be better. craneberry juice was really good. rest no much to point out but you need to maintain same service and quality for new clients of urs

Good Location, Good Staff and value for money.

Overall the stay was comfortable, and the rooms were well cleaned. The service was good and the staff was very supportive. The location is amazing, as everything great is nearby, like - The Periodic Table Restaurant, Nursery, Upper Market.

The food taste and quality needs to be improved. The Breakfast was Okay, however, the in-room food quality was not good. I ordered Chicken pakora's and the chicken was not fresh.
