Almost everything. Its ITC property so can't complain on the rooms and cleanliness. They provide complementary cookie jars and seasonal fruits everyday. The restaurants managers pratheek and mani and Chef are kind enough to come to every table asking for anything that they need outside the Buffet. The front desk representative calls every evening to check if everything is fine or we need any assistance. The hotel car driver sivan is very knowledgeable and he speak nicely with the guests and take to all sightseeing places very patiently. Housekeeping staffs almost come instantly when we call for any help inside the room.

The ala carte rates are little pricy. Some of the recreational activities like cycle and ATV bikes or not available as they advertised.

Just about everything was as perfect as it could get. The welcome at the reception by smiling staff, bellboy taking the baggage to the room. The room was just fabulous. Very comfortable beds. TV, WiFi, Refrigerator, Tea/Coffee maker, all toiletry in the en-suite bath. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with a live egg counter and a live dosa counter. All the staff - reception, restaurant waiters, room service staff, housekeeping staff, security - were polite and helpful beyond helpful. Sullivan Court gets 10 on 10 in my books.

There was nothing to not like. Everything was just great.

It was more of a hamlet type Hotel and different from the cosmopolitan type. A refreshing difference with lovely gardens and away from the hustle and bustle. Ideal as it overlooked the city.

Well to be honest, I did not like the reverence to the British colonialist history and the role Sullivan played. It is somewhat contradictory as such history as acknowledged was beneficial only to the British who were permanently and illegally based there.. All of the facilities even in the town were for the British invaders' luxury and not for the subjugated locals. Let's move with the times and heap such offensive and invasive history to the dumps. As a foreigner, I do admire Indian history. Let that be the legacy and not of those who plundered the lands and its people. I make no apologies for my honesty. RAJAN NAIDOO (South Africa)

Breakfast was having a wide Range . . Location of the Property is Central Region and can be accessible the main shopping center within 15 mins. The Hotel staff arrange for an Auto or a cab for Local travel , a good thing. The view from the room window is great , can have a glimpse of the Plantations behind and the Long view Mountains. Enjoyed this much.

But On Sundays the Breakfast room is full and much Crowded and need to wait for a table. Netflix is not working in our room TV and repeated requests , the technicians are unable to fix the Internet Issue in the TV . Felt not good about this.

Had a lovely two nights' stay at this property. Situated in lovely surroundings, close to the Rose garden, with its warm and friendly staff, this is the property we would love to visit again. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Bathroom was nice and clean with 24 hours hot water supply. Guests are entertained everyday with bonfire. The breakfast and buffet dinner is sumptuous and the spread generous. The dedication of Head Chef Mr Karim Khan is highly appreciated. He personally made sure that all the guests were served dishes as per their tastes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, nice property, average service and limited-similar options everyday for Breakfast! Spa was quite good & satisfactory. Property is good but staff service & maintenance of the property needs to be better. Good stay option with Bonfire every night.

Service was poor including staff not sending complimentary fruits, cookies to room despite reminders. The bath accessories are of bad to medium quality and the breakfast is repetitive/ lacks variety.

The location of the hotel is excellent with everything close by. The hotel staff and the Chef were brilliant and we want to compliment them on their etiquette and friendliness. Special thanks to both Ms. JHANSI and Ms. SINDHU who were ever so helpful and always with a smile and Vanakam greeting. Mr. JOHN from the front desk also was very kind and caring. To be honest the staff including the doorman and the concierge boys were good. Five stars to the staff. Coming back soon 😊

The ambience was totally excellent ,pleasant,smiling face of persons on duty right from the watchman from the gate till lobby ,cleaning staff inside, restuarant service people was very welcoming.Felcia was excellent,down to earth in her behaviour.A special note on Felcia, who was keeping in touch right from the day we booked our rooms, till we checked in checked out ,every follow up was done 👍👍👍👍👍👍 excellently by her.In the restuarant.,Dinesh and his colleague I think Das or dark complexion person whose name I can't recall were superb,, prompt in their work and duties.Kudos to DAS.Also the cleaning ,supervisors,and his head and a lady who kept doing regular visits to our rooms to enquire about our stay or any difficulties were committed in their jobs. Overall Felcia ,Das ,Security , Cleaning staffs and company a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating for their service.

We liked the location .it was very convenient to go in and around ooty.especially staff courtesy right from reception we checked in till our check out everything was handled well Manager of Food and beverage Mr.Prabhakar rendered excellent service to us.not to mention even other staffs liike vijesh,prathiv,Vijay .chef Karim khan all joined together give excellent service.very appreciated.thank you

The restaurant / dining area quite small, understaffed and have a lot of trainees who absolutely are not aware of what’s happening around them and inevitably the answer to every question is I ll ask someone. So it ll be better if they can get qualified staff at least to cover the busy seasons. Fruits on buffet very limited.
