Himanshu and Kirti are one of the best hosts I have come across! Right from the very beginning they were very warm and welcoming. They ensured the check-in and check-out was smooth, and we had everything needed for our stay. The place was very clean and had all the basic amenities. We were a group of 4, and had opted for the 2BHK. The rooms were quite spacious and had balconies, and the hall was (literally)humongous. Since our 2BHK was on the 4th floor, we had uninterrupted beautiful view of the sea from our hall itself. Also, they have a huge terrace which has a spectacular sea view. All the staff members were very polite and prompt on delivering whatever was needed. Its a good place even if someone wants to stay long term as they provide basic kitchenware as-well if required, which is great. Distance from nearby beaches: - Pondy Sunrise Beach - 850 meters - Rock Beach - 2km - Serenity Beach - 3.5 km

- Location is good in a way that its just 2km from rock beach. But there are no eateries nearby (within 300 meters), however, Swiggy delivers from almost all nearby eateries. - Also, if I am being nit-picky, the last stretch of the road going to the property is a bit unaesthetic (as in a very "desi town" and not a typical "Pondicherry" vibe). But I guess it's just a matter of priorities and perspectives. - You will get a good view from the 3rd and 4th floor compared to the first and second floor.

I liked the hygiene of the property... everything is super clean and smells fresh... It was a leisure trip ... and I found the bedroom and bathroom both are spacious.. there is a kitchen arrangement in the same room where basic utilities will be provided . The induction ,plates, pans and cutleries can be requested prior to your arrival .the room works on 24hour checkin checkout schedule ..so it was an advantage to us as usually properties will have strick checkout timings. The owners Kirti and her husband were humble, friendly and warm .. I got a birthday gift too ☺ when they came to kno it was my birthday trip to pondi. I got a scooty rental that too in the best condition on the way to propert .. i checked in early morning at 7 am and everything was arranged and well informed to property staff for smooth checkin.

Drinking water should be available in room .

The place I visited was truly amazing. It offered a refreshing and clean environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the rooftop, where I could take in the breathtaking sights of the surrounding area. The proximity to the beach was a major advantage. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable recommendations on local cuisine and suggesting must-visit attractions. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this place .

they should open a restaurant

The property is totally new and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. As it is new they are still not fully operational on all the amenities. And little bit unorganised as for now. But they will eventually become more organised. Sumit the manager was very helpful and very cooperative.

The location is little far from the actual white town and main Pondicherry attractions. But the beach is nearby to the hotel where you can go by walking.

Nothing much..we booked a 3bhk we had to ask for toiletries a couple of times. Hotels should provide them without asking.. like soaps, towels etc. TV is missing, should be there. Sofa and chairs were not there in the hallroom..may be the property is very new..I hope they will arrange them soon.

Really liked the spacious living area. Very helpful staff.

There's not enough parking space for the car inside the hotel building. I was able to get parking on the first 2 nights but on the 3rd night, car needed to be parked on the road side.

The road to reach the place was not at all good during rains. Unfortunately I stayed during a rainy day, and the streets were clogged with rain water and was really hard to drive
