the room size was very good, hot water was available all the time and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. staff vey courteous, polite and helpful

Breakfast, continental was bad for seniors like me as it should have been much simpler, and more nutritious and not so full of spices and sugar.

The hospitality and the attention to detail. Everything was very comfortable like a home away from home

The traffic and the noise from the road was very irritating. Found it hard to sleep

Hotel Location - easily accessible location to in and around main spot Room - neat , tidy and spacious room able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids ( 9yo and 3yo) . Has refridgerator and wardrobe. We got one with balcony Staff and services - very friendly staff, available around the clock. We opted for South indian Complementary Breakfast, It is filling and tastier. Overall we had wonderful time in this stay. Thanks to the team ☺️

- Staff were very friendly, they would stand up each time we entered the reception area. Mr. Mourgassein went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay - Good location, safe neighbourhood, close to everything - Staff helped us rent a scooter during our stay - Modified breakfast to be vegan upon request - Lots of space in the room, living room kitchen area along with bedroom and bathroom - Good value for money

- Rooms were not cleaned each day, we had to ask the staff to clean the room when we left the hotel but sometimes came back to an uncleaned room (I think they were short staffed) - Would call the staff to replenish supplies like toilet paper but they would forget and not bring it. Same for breakfast staff agreed to bring juice but forgot every day. Communication issue when agree to do something but don't actually do it and don't communicate either :(

Perfect location for holiday gateways. Polite and attentive staff who took care of every small need of ours. Delicious breakfast (both South Indian and Continental). Close to Rock beach and white town.

Ventilation can be improved as you can't open windows. Breakfast need to have more choices if someone stays for more than 2 nights though they were happy to accommodate our request for other items as well.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that the hospitality I experienced was truly exceptional. The Hotel is located in White Town and all the restaurants/cafes are in walking distance. The beach/promenade is also close by. The staff is courteous and helpful. Property is well maintained and clean. The room was spacious and offered a room area, dining area, a hall with a sofa cum bed, bathroom and also a kitchen area. The price charged for the stay seemed reasonable.

Breakfast is served in your room itself. The staff asks your breakfast preference such as South Indian/Continental etc and is served person wise which may not be to one's liking. Parking may be a concern if the Hotel is fully booked.

It was very close to all the major attractions in White Town at walkable distance. Very friendly staff, attentive and respectful as well as approachable

We were given Room No.404 which did not even have a window so for 2 days it was quite uncomfortable and claustrophobic but after that on request we were shifted to a good ventilated room with a balcony on 5he same floor.

The behavior of the staff was excellent, from the doorman to the owner - they were all very hospitable & friendly. The owner takes personal care of the guests. I was travelling with my mother & they took special care to ensure her every comfort. The rooms are large & spacious & very very clean. The food is good - good breakfast. They provide good amenities & even provide hair dryer & iron on request. The location is excellent - it is close to all the places worth visiting & yet set at a distance from the chaos. It is a lovely place to stay - affordable & comfortable.

There can be some variety in the non veg continental breakfast provided.

The location is brilliant as both the beach and the Ashram is around a 10 minute walk. The room was huge , with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a hall with a dining rom. The staff is exceptional and very responsive. This is one place which will earn a lot of goodwill based on the staff behavior itself. We were very looked after and they gave us very good suggestions for moving around the city. One place I will definitely want to stay again

The room which we stayed had no windows, but we realized that they do have 4 rooms with windows and balcony. The food took a bit longer as they do not currently have a restaurant, but we were told it will be functional in a month or so.
