Exceptional service. Thoughtful ambience and complete privacy. I stayed at The Westin Pune with family. We all loved our time at the property notably because of the super quick service by the happy and polite staff. This is also an ideal location because I wanted to stay near the Pune airport. I had booked room with lounge access which allowed us to spend the evenings at the Asilo where we had great food and drinks served by the friendliest staff. Breakfast buffet at the Market (its name of a restaurant at the facility) had lots of Indian cuisine options which I particularly was looking forward to.

Rooms were very big, plush with all the amenities, quite & peaceful. Staff is very well groomed and well trained for hospitalities. Overall ambience is excellent.

Drink menu as room service is awfully expensive. A 60 ml Chivas regal costs 1650 rupees with GST. One litre bottle is available at 4000 rupees in market. It is well understood that hotel has to add markup and charge for the services being provised. But charging 5 times the basic cost tantamount as being unfair with the hotel guests staying in room.

Apart from the high class premises and facilities I loved the conduct of the staff , the sweetest of the doormen , concierge , room service , the barmen or rather the barboy ;) , lovely food and super comfy pillows

nothing troubled me everything was perfect . The windows were scheduled to be clean so that was a tad bit of an eyesore for one of the rooms . The sunrise was still beautiful thru them !

Staff are very welcoming and hospitable. We were greeted with warmth and positive attitude. From managers to guards- everyone was so welcoming. The room was clean and service was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous. They have alternative options for everyone! We really enjoyed it there and highly recommend to anyone visiting Pune.

The property is situated close to the airport and some of the central locations in Pune, which helped us move around easily. Breakfast was amazing with wide variety of choices. Room was clean and the staff was very customer focused.

The pub in the second floor, whilst is an amazing place to unwind, there were too many mosquitoes.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. I would say it is one of the more luxurious hotels in Pune frequented by celebrities often. Pluses are the room size, amenities, quietness, and furniture. Breakfast was exceptional. I would recommend this strongly particularly if you're travelling with kids

Nothing significant, however worth noting that on the weekends the traffic can get really chaotic around the hotel.

Breakfast was sumptuous and a wide selection of offerings. The chefs knew what they were doing and we had some great cooked to order breakfast as well as dinner (room service). Housekeeping was quick and responsive.

Pillows in the room could have been a mix of soft and medium rather than all soft ones.

The hotel is located right in the city, in Koregaon Park. Staff were professional & courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was very clean & well maintained.

staff are excellent and rooms etc are clean and well maintained If you do not wish to eat at the hotel, there is an amazing restaurant and bar next door named Akari. A little bit hard to spot from the street, but just walk down the laneway on the left of the hotel as you walk out, and you will find it.

The buffet breakfast lacked quality and the elevators are slow!

Food was not at all good ,we went for dinner with guest and except Sushi there was nothing To enjoy, highly disappointed by the spread ,breakfast was good ,but again cold cuts were substandard quality 😢
