I like the location for the purpose of my trip as it is closer to the airport too. I like the nice buffet breakfast with several mixed options from continental and Indian food. Staff was very helpful and kind as well.

It would be nice to have the gym maintained and have few different machines. Since I stayed for more than a week I did manage to go few times. It is a personal choice but would be good to have it maintained gym if you provide the facility in the hotel.

Location is very convenient for air travelers as it is not very far from airport. Even for those traveling by train the Ramwadi metro is near from where it is only 10-15 minutes to Pune Junction. Phoenix market city mall is also very near. The breakfast is good with a nice spread. The room is spacious and well lit.

It would be good if the windows could be soundproof.

I recently stayed at the Hotel during my business travel in February 2023 and had a fantastic experience. The rooms and washrooms were immaculately clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. The hotel's location near the Phoenix mall, the biggest mall in Pune, and its proximity to the airport were both very convenient. In addition, there was a delicious and spicy street food lane just a short distance away. The decoration of the hotel was extraordinary and the vibrant colors throughout the hotel brought a smile to my face. While the food could use some additional attention from the chef, the most amazing thing about the hotel was their commitment to using recyclable products, packaging, and even cutlery. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel IBIS Pune for anyone traveling to Pune. The cleanliness, convenient location, and eco-friendly practices make it a great choice. I will certainly be choosing this hotel for my future trips to Pune."

The food needs some extra care and the WIFI was not stable on the first day.

For those who have seen student University accommodation in western countries this would be a reminder of those accommodations. Modular WC/shower etc. The room service out of hours is very limited despite claims of 24 hours in room dining. The bar has limited selection of drinks. If you can pay another 1000 INR per night then you would be better off in Novotel etc nearby.

Ibis viman Nagar Pune is good property for business stay. Staff is motivated and very conscious about residents' comfort. Food quality is good. Breakfast spread is great. Centrally located.. overall a pleasing experience.

Staff in the restaurant is very motivated and tries best to meet customer requirements..but restaurant needs to augment staff during rush hour. Corridor carpets smell is annoying sometimes. Ibis needs to provide luggage stools as senior citizens need that.

The location was perfect for me. Reception & check in experience was nice

Difficulty in opening the room door through the key & I had to wait for another key. Noise during the night, I don't know where it was coming from. No slip ons for the guest. The hair dryer wasn't working.

Room was comfortable and defects quickly attended to. Security was excellent and the staff at reception excellent. They assisted with a courtesy trip when it rained. The bedding was high quality.

Breakfast was terrible. Cannot say more. Terrible. The sidewalk could be improved.

Neat hotel . The property is well maintained. The room was well designed and comfortable. I liked that it was quiet despite being on a busy road. The food quality in the in-room dining was excellent. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel. This experience makes me confident to explore Ibis hotels at other locations where I travel to.

The buffet breakfast spread and quality could do with improvement. It wasn't bad though. It could be improved upon.

Lighting, cleanliness, promptness of service..

- coffee machine wasn't working, I wasn't informed about it until I asked why the service is delayed - toileteries like dental kit missing - food prices (a bit on the higher side) - room slippers missing

Reception, Decor, cleanliness, facilities, comfort and hotel atmosphere is very peaceful and quite even though it was crowded.

The rooms are a bit small. And breakfast can be a bit improved.
