I asked for the swim suit and the staff showed me only one and I asked thrice to give me some small size it's too large he denied he was it will look good on you the small size will not fit you you will look creepy in small size that was too embarassing for me I asked many to let choose the size and design by myself but he denied to give me even I have paid for it but still he was like that I'm begging it for free that was too embarassing you should keep an eye on your spa staff.

The breakfast was everything that we expected and the room sizes were also very good. The balcony and the sit out areas were nice and clean and the bathrooms were huge.

We received one of the rooms about and hour late and were not even provided late checkout to compensate that. The born fire we requested and paid for did not do what it was supposed to do. We also asked for a surprise cake to put in one of the rooms but they did not put the cake prior to the check-in.

We loved to stay at ananta spa and resorts. The swimming pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The room was beautiful, confortable and very spacious. The breakfast and dinner were great as well.

The water in the shower was not reaching very high temperature. It is ok, but could be warmer. We did not try the spa, but the facilities smelled a lot to humidity, so it was not apealling for us. However, the swimming was great instead.

Overall Vibe of the property was good, but being a day before Christmas they were all quite busy when we checked in late evening . Food was of average quality but the drinks that we ordered were made with perfection. Its a reasonably good resort with nice ambience but not really of an upscale quality one would expect. The breakfast spread was just about okay with most of the food items being very average quality. An okay option to stay over for a night, inspite of us asking for rooms to be alloted side by side or atleast closer to each other, we were given rooms in completely different wing altogether which was quite inconvenient.

Food quality can be improved , the breads, croissants and pretty much all the bakery items were stale.

Tent room was well appointed, great shower!

We were ignored for 10 minutes at reception when we arrived. Then the receptionist kept dealing with other people whilst he was supposed to be checking us in. The food in the buffet restaurant was quite basic, not much choice and many dishes needed to be re-stocked. I guess, as this hotel is on the Golden Triangle route, they are used to single night turnover. It felt as though the personal touch which I'd previously experienced at an Ananta resort was missing here. This is a shame, as the location and resort itself are amazing.

Location, serenity, food was very good.

Tent room was not well packed even after doors closed. Extreme cold winds were coming inside the tent through out the night and it was very painful and annoying. The senior person at reception desk was not with a humble and welcoming attitude, may be due to hotel being fully occupied.

Amazingly well maintained property at a very accessible location from both the Pushkar Lake and Ajmer. The rooms were spacious and the hospitality was top notch as well.

Everything was good but the service during buffet can be improved.

The location was amazing .. The property is very well laid out and designed.

The tent suite had a musty smell because of the fabric cladding on the walls .... it had a very damp old smell. Also the washroom had a lopsided wc .... which was really odd to use.

Room, golf cart service, open spaces, swimming pool, check-in and check-out service was good

They have only one restaurant and it is very small and cramped. The bar is so big and i always saw it empty but there was not enough seating in the restaurant. pls manage yr space wisely.

Amazing and beautiful property, fantastic rooms, great food, good pool, very hospitable staff at reception, spa experience was outstanding

Poor services at Bar and restaurant, only one waiter for more than 70 guests, extremely slow services, management of guests needs drastic improvement, very less helping of food especially starters , liquor served seemed adulterated
