The Gulaab Niwas Palace is an hotel with an incredible charm. Looks like an old palace coming from previous century. The rooms are spacious with a nice view in Pushkar lake. The garden with swimming pool and restaurants is very well maintained. In the night they use wood pit fires near the tables to make the environment warm and more dreamy. The restaurant is equipped with a wood oven installed in the garden, cooking fresh foods with very high quality. A special thanks to the Hotel Manager Mr Virendra Singh, to the staff of the hotel always attending all our requests and to the chef Mr Lalaram that has cooked one of the best pizza I eat out of Italy. Definitely I recommend the hotel to all visitors of Pushkar are looking for a nice atmosphere and a comfortable hotel

Mr. Shankar, the property manager is an absolute delight to work with. He has gone above and beyond to make us stay comfortable and to offer our to offer us incentives throughout our stay the staff is very cordial and friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to enjoy beautiful family oriented place to stay while enjoying the beauty of Pushkar.

Nothing in particular

This is a large slightly business like hotel but it was very clean and the staff helpful. The location above the lake makes it quite cool with lovely views but a 10 minute walk along a fairly unpleasant road. We ate twice and the food was excellent and fairly priced. There’s no alcohol. The pool was lovely to have with poolside towels provided. There is a pretty inner courtyard for resting and the place is quieter than being nearer to the lake.

The restaurant is bare and without much ambience but we ate outside. Breakfast didn’t have enough alternatives to traditional Indian food.

The place is beautiful, very majestic and with beautiful garden and views. The staff is attentive, our room was clean and confortable, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is also good with plenty of choices. I appreciated the location, it's a bit outside the busy streets, so it's peaceful, but only a 10 mintes walk from the lake and main attractions, shops, etc.

The cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved.

Loved loved loved our stay at Gulaab Niwaas Palace. Everything was perfect from the rooms to the staff. Food is exceptional. One must try honey chilli potato, dal tadka and tandoori roti. The facilities and staff are excellent and super helpful. The rooms are big, well equipped, the view is amazing. The pool is clean and maintained. The cafe is beautiful. There's ample garden space for walks and having fun. All in all, we felt that it was a great value for money. Thanks a lot Mr Shrikrishna, Deepak, Avinash, Mukesh and the rest of the team for making our stay memorable. Can't wait to come again! Cheers, team! 💕

The staff was very helpful and polite, especially Mr. Virendra Singh to answer all of my questions. (Taxi, laundry and other questions.)

No comments. Maybe bit cold but this is due to the season.

Guatam, Mukesh and Prithuiraj made our our stay relaxing and comfortable. Food was great, pool was excellent and we had all we needed.

Wifi wasn’t good as it was affected by storms

The building is just nice, the garden with the view on the swimming pool and the holy lake. We took the breakfast there and it was just son nice that we spent 1 h more at the breakfast table. The people there was very friendly and helpful, a special thanks to the manager Mahendra for all the good explanation and advice, and also to Mukesh for his kindness. Very nice, professional and we all feel like being special, not like in big hotel chain

We had some power cut off but just for a few minutes.

This hotel is a gem in Pushkar. We visit a lot for business so require somewhere out of the hussle and bussel of the town but close enough to walk in and Gulab Niwaas fits the bill perfectly. The room was very pleasant with a conformable bed, spotlessly clean and a nice little terrace/balcony area. The restaurant serves the best food in Pushkar, we has several great evening meals, breakfasts and there cafe area serves fresh coffee, not easily found in Pushkar. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly, helpful but always professional, particularly Mukkesh and Aveenesh. We will definitely stay here again.

Probably the best place in Pushkar to ensure a good nights sleep. Only a ten minute walk to the centre ( or 100 rupees Tuk Tuk ride). Better for the Camel Fair than the dust heavy camps. This is a serene retreat with either sunset or sunrise views. We were lucky to have a suite with two balconies and a window seat picture window in the seperate living room so great views were everywhere. The pool area and outdoor dining have lovely elevated views over the lake. The meals we had there were very good. Chandraveer and team do a great job looking after guests.

Apparently my only comment is being addressed- Plans are underway to make the internal communal areas reflect more of the ambiance and culture of Pushkar.
