The hotel is new, clean and the facilities are excellent (especially the gym - best hotel gym I’ve seen so far during my India trip).

Unfortunately there was a wedding party happening right below our room (the events room is on the 3rd floor and some guest rooms are on the 4th floor). Hence, there was a significant noise going on after 11pm. We requested to change the room and the staff accepted the ask. My suggestion would be for the hotel to be more prepared and only put the wedding guests on the rooms close to the events room so that these situations can be avoided in the future. But overrall, we had a great stay. The staff was helpful.

Breakfast was very good, staff were helpful in preparing and suggested in assisting with our dietary requirements. The choice on offer was very good and catered for Indian and European travelers.

Everything was just right from staff to food.

The bed was exceptionally good and the housekeeping did compared to all other places we have seen in India a very good job. The laundry service was amazing!! We also like the complimentary filtered water they served in beautiful glass bottles.

Some restaurant staff members were a little bit intrusive. We were asked too often how the food is and too much assistance was offered which as a result disturbed the privacy of our conversations during lunch and dinner.

Novotel Jodhpur was excellent for our stay in Jodhpur. It is brand new so everything is clean and tidy. Room was spacious. We enjoyed the pool and Gym on the rooftop and spend a lot of time there. Breakfast was ok - it had ample choice but the pastries were a bit underwhelming. We had food twice in the hotel and it was surprisingly good. Pizza was really good and the daal was tasty too.

Not so much dislike but sometimes it was difficult explaining to drivers where the hotel is located because it is so new and a little bit outside the main area. We also had to ask for our room to be made on the first day as it wasn’t done when we got back. Also it gets very hot in the pool area and you need to be careful not to burn your feet on the black marble.

Novotel Jodhpur The best in City currently for its hospitality, cleanliness, friendliness. Great ambience. Fularam ji and Sunil ji providing the best house keeping and a warm welcome to the room with various different towel arts everytime you enter the room after a long tiring hectic day trip. Yash- has attained expertise in providing comfort to guests in each possible way with a great smile. Aparna and Daman- trying to make ends meet to reach each costumers expectations and making their best efforts to make stay comfortable. Thank you all the staff for warm welcome and making the stay comfortable and hastle free.

Novotel is a very modern hotel that made us feel comfortable from minute 1. Swimmingpool area is great and the room is great, very confortable and modern. There is a free tea and snacks given by the hotel in the afternoon which we enjoyed a lot. Staff were great and friendly.

The location is a bit far from the center, but qe used Uber during our stay with no problems.

The Hotel it’s amazing. It’s very new and the rooms are great. We stayed 2 nights here and we had amazing breakfast with Dosa and coconut dips. The guys Pramod and Ankit a very helpful and they very attentive during the breakfast. Also the staff in the reception and tin the entrance were very welcomed us! All in all we would definitely come again and can warmly recommend this place. From the nice interior, very clean rooms and high standard till the staff is everything amazing. The location was 5-6 min with the Tuk-tuk from the railway station away. And arround 15 min to the center.

Unfortunately the Spa and the pool are on constructions therefore only 9 and not 10.

Staff was extraordinarily professional. Very polite accomodative. Room was specious and clean to the maximum. Check in and check out was quick. Breakfast was delicious and had good variety Service was quick and all the staff had smile on their faces that showed they were keen to ensure comfort and safety of the residents. I was allowed to keep my luggage till evening, long after check out. I never experienced such exceptional hospitality before. Definitely, will chose the hotel next time and recommend to others.

Location was good but not great.

The building seems new, the rooms are comfortable. There is a small but nice gym with a trainer on the top floor.

It’s about a 15-20 minute ride from everything and the area isn’t that nice so you’ll have to take a (cheap) taxi. The breakfast is more tailored for Indian guests and the continental options weren’t that great. Upon arrival we also found out that the hotel is all vegetarian so there aren’t any eggs or sausages for breakfast.

Overall the hotel is in a good location, and the staff were excellent. Afternoon tea was a very nice touch.

We chose this hotel due to its availability and location. The downside for us is that it has a vegetarian only restaurant, whilst the food was good we would prefer to stay at a restaurant that has meat dishes also on the menu. We would also like to see eggs on the menu.
