From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with professionalism and genuine care that set the tone for a wonderful stay. **Special thanks to Akhil from the restaurant,** who truly exceeded expectations. Traveling with a 2.5-year-old can sometimes be challenging, but Akhil’s attentiveness and willingness to assist us made everything so much easier. He was kind, proactive, and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our meals comfortably. We would also like to thank **Reva from the restaurant**, who consistently provided exceptional service with a cheerful attitude, ensuring that every meal was a pleasure. At the front desk, **Jagyanseni and Soniya** deserve special mention for their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help at every step. Whether it was assisting with check-in, answering our queries, or making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel, the well-maintained facilities, and the attention to detail across every department were outstanding. The hotel property is in very good condition and well maintained to warrant the 5 star rating. The Hotel staff is courteous and took good care of the guests. The hotel is strictly vegetarian which is very unique for travellers who are vegetarians. The breakfast spread was good and caters to different cuisines from different parts of India. Chef Rakesh took great care and suggested us authentic Rajasthani dishes when we had dinner at the restaurant, which has a good Ala Carte Menu. Chef Rakesh went beyond and prepared for us another Rajasthani dish which was not on the menu. The staff at the restaurants , housekeeping, conceirge and front desk were courteous and took good care. The hotel provided all the comfort expected of a 5 star property.

The room sizes could be a bit bigger for a Hotel which does not fall in the Tier 1 bracket. The hotel is bit pricey for a Tier 2 city property. The details of our Booking suggested that we would have bath robes included but we didn't find any in the room. Probably, need attention to detail in terms of matching the room with what is mentioned on the booking. Also only 2 1 litre water bottles per day were complimentary per room, which I feel should not have any limit to make even better the customer experience.

The courtesy, thoughtfulness & efficiency of the staff was to commended, making my stay in Jodhpur exceptional. The breakfast staff particularly went out of their way to make my experience memorable. Thank you.

On arrival I discovered the hotel is strictly vegetarian, I don’t recall that at booking, and would have preferred to have known at that time. However in principle that would not have affected my choice, as although not vegetarian my diet weighs heavily towards vegetarian, however in this hotel, eggs are considered non veg, and these have always been an important part of my breakfast. But having said that staff made great efforts to find interesting alternatives.

The staff of this hotel need a special mention. They were extremely accommodating. Especially the ones taking care of breakfast and in room dining food. We had a small kid, they did everything in their power to take care of us, such a great take away packed for us when requested with kids in mind and a very sweet bon voyage special treat. Making the guests feel special is an art and these guys know how to do it

The room size is much smaller than it looks in the photos It was a little off putting and we tried to upgrade but nothing was available. But the great experience later on covered up for that.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room service also decorated our room nicely for birthday surprise, on request. We really appreciate the effort from Team. The breakfast buffet and lunch menu was also good.

We didn’t have a good experience during check in. The lady in the reception didn’t come across as welcoming. Our original booking with breakfast and discount was initially not listed during check in. It’s better to carry the proof while check in and verify any discounts .

Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the housekeeping team, greeted me with a smile and an eagerness to assist. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot on, enhancing my overall experience. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. I had the pleasure of dining at their in-house restaurant, where the culinary delights were as impressive as the service. In summary, my hotel stay was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, exemplary service, and prime location made it an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a touch of luxury and a memorable stay.

Staff service was excellent, took care of all our needs promptly. Housekeeping staff in particular were great. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety. Location is close to Umaid Bhawan, and in a nice quiet part of the city, which was wonderful.

Quality of beds and bathroom could be better. Bathroom fittings were not upto the standard of a five star hotel. While the hotel makes up for it via their excellent services, but such attention to details can elevate it to a great hotel.

Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The architecture and interiors of the hotel were beautiful! Food, (THOUGH PURE VEGETARIAN, WHICH WE WEREN'T AT ALL AWARE OF) was really tasty!

This hotel is pure vegetarian, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere. It came to us as a shock when we went to have dinner on the very first night. We felt like we were cheated. Though the food was really tasty but we definitely missed our eggs and cold cuts for breakfast :-(. And of course other non vegetarian delicacies. There was this extremely strong sweet air freshener, as soon as we entered the hotel we would smell it and it'd give us a headache! Also my dad's sweater went missing from his room.

Good and nice hotel. Great location, beautiful architecture and design. We liked the restaurant a lot so we had dinner there 3 times. Cosy place it is - we'd be glad to come back in this hotel.

First thing - it's a 5* hotel - time to have smart TV in rooms, isn't it? It's 2024 now. The staff could be a little bit more organized and have better follow up. Once we went for dinner and it took them 15 min to tell us that there were no seats available. At the booking process I requested an additional bed - and they didn't put it so I had to check in to the room, and then go downstairs to tell them this. Breakfast options were ok, but could be more variety. The outdoors pool is not heated so we couldn't use it.

Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel looks newly done and the room was massive. It was more like a well endowed flat. Also liked the fact that the rooms had ceiling fan. The staff was helpful as well - especially regarding room dining where the food delivered was exactly in line with our specifications.

One thing weird was that most of the times there was no one to open the hotel’s main building door. It’s nothing major not expected given that this has become a baseline expectation in large hotels. Also despite a good spread, the breakfast buffet was disappointing. There were very few items which we felt like going again for. Though we really liked the last morning gesture of serving a pastry mentioning ‘bon voyage’. Plus the bedding was a tad uncomfortable - was much softer than needed leading to back ache.
