Lemon tree came up very highly rated and I’m glad that is what we chose. Be very careful as there are three lemon tree properties and I almost booked The wrong one. So specifically ask for LemonTree Premier Rishikesh Hotel Right from the checking up on the double rooms that be suite that we booked the helpfulness of Anas and front office manager Raj it was a very smooth experience. They were helpful in giving details, reconfirming giving suggestions. Right from chicken, which was handled very smoothly to the role which was absolutely lovely. It had three beautiful balconies facing the river, spotless, interiors excellent and functional bathrooms. As two couples we were very comfortable in adjoining rooms with a common living room and balcony. Starting from T onwards to the breakfast and dinner that we had opted for, the hospitality and the treatment at the restaurant citrus was excellent. Rakesh the executive was absolutely outstanding. Not only did never hear the word no but we also heard several request for what more he could do for us. Whether it was a hot Aloo, the table suggestion particularly tasty local delicacy on the buffet, checking again and again if you are comfortable magically, ensuring tables were clear cut was relayed. He was absolutely switched on &visits to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner very very comfortable and truly at home. It’s very few people who have this instinct for being hospital warm and completely connected without being familiar or overbearing. He really is an asset to the hotel because he really really wants you to have a good time. Khathirdari is a good word to describe how he spoils you. The very kind arrangements for my birthday, which included red and white balloons the words written in for leaves on a white marble - and cake was so kind>

Excellent location and hospitality of staff was excellent.Special thanks to Mr Santosh kr Jha (Astt manager security) for his guidance on Rishikesh travel and Mr Sandeep Sharma(Executive assistant manager) for his professional approach and hospitality. Room view was excellent and room comfortable.

Bathroom was accumulating water but your staff did their best to clean up. Bathroom flooring was defective. We didn’t like this defective design and the inconvenience caused to us particularly when we were paying such an hefty amount for the room(Rs 15000/-per night).Senior management should have taken care of this earlier but now they should definitely rectify immediately.However this doesn’t reflect on the staff who tried their best to resolve.

Excellent location. Generally clean and well maintained building. rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was courteous, respectful and always willing to help. Want to acknowledge Mukesh and Vinod from citrus cafe, they went the extra mile to make sure stay was comfortable.

I see a lot of plastic bottles being used for drinking water- in rooms/at the cafe. could install some water fountains to decrease plastic waste. There is a small shed right next to the expensive property- did not give a very good feel. Although pool water was generally clean, there was a lot of green deposits on the edges of the pool, needs a good scrub.

The views were wonderful. But the staff were exceptional, specially the restaurant staff. Mukesh and Chef Anil were extremely courteous and so engaging. They went over and above to make sure our stay was great and took care of all of our needs! They are an asset to Lemon tree!

The elevator was a mess! It took a very long time to work and then when it would show up, it would take us to a different direction instead of what we had pressed! eg: pressed for going up and it takes us down!

Really nice room. Good breakfast and helpful staff. One of the nicer and cleaner hotels we stayed in. The gym was also good except only one treadmill worked. It was quiet and a convenient location.

I absolutely love the location. one can see the beautiful ganga gushing down. Having tea in the patio overlooking Ganges is just breath taking

the switch board to change the phone. my apple charge has thin pins and i struggled there. finally i had to put the charger outside the room in living area

Rakesh was very helpful and personally made sure that everything was working properly. Food was excellent. And the service was incredible. Thank you Rakesh. 11/10

Great location. A convenient location to get anywhere and still quiet from all the hustle and bustle. Staff are very friendly.
